It is a very small establishment, but comfortable & clean. Staff quick, friendly & professional. We had the crab wrap & a cod sandwich....both were Really, really tasty. Definitely recommend!

The best meal my husband and I have had in a restaurant in a long time! Place was charming and romantic! The avocado stuffed with hummus and pear/goat cheese spread were delicious and a great way to begin our dining experience. Then the Dover Sole over polenta with crab all covered with a very light sauce was over the moon... More

The place looked cute from the outside, so we decided to have lunch on their patio. We made the mistake of assuming 1/2 dozen Local Oysters ($15) meant 'freshly shucked.' Instead, they were mammoth-sized, 2 day old muddy oysters pulled from a plastic container, clearly intended for cooking - not serving raw & whole! They were swimming in grey muddy... More

Everybody on the coast says they have the best chowder, well for the most part, often they are serving canned replicas, NOT HERE. It's the real deal

This bistro is adorable and intimate, the owner is right there on the floor and prepares your selection as well, all the while chatting with customers like she's not doing 10 things at once! Lunch was served with elegant presentation, and afternoon classic cocktails. I plan to make reservations for dinner next time.

I know its a hit or miss for some people when they go out for food. Sometimes its the food or service or money...This is a family business and new. So,I will come again with my husband and support this new Manzanita eatery because I love beautiful Manzanita and this place is a little different from the other eateries in... More

I've only eaten at Neahakahnie Bistro for lunch but do plan to try a dinner there. On one occasion I was part of a party of seven having lunch off the menu during the summer season. It is a small eatery, we were fortunate to secure the large table after a short wait. We were happy with our service. I... More

The menu is incredibly limited. We sat down and waited for some time to have a server come by. At that point, she let us know they were cash only. We never tasted the food...just make sure you take cash if you go.

I had the salmon with sliced pears and blue cheese. It was great and different. My wife had the fried oysters with saffron rice. Service was the only category that was lacking.

It is not surprising that Manzanita Seafood closed. Apparently others shared our experience. The good news is that Neahkahnie Bistro has replaced them and offers some of the best food in town. This is a small restaurant and the ingredients and preparation are first rate. It is not cheap and it is not fast food. This is a place to... More
