Happy hour was advertised to run from 2:30 to 4:30. We stopped in right at 2:30 for a late lunch and drinks. We were told we would have to come back in a half hour as were already backed up - this despite the back that seating was available. Came back a half an hour later and was told that... More

We called at the end of the day and they stayed late for us. The staff was awesome and the food fantastic. The fish was delicious and fresh and the pork chop with potatoes was outstanding. They even had recommendations for other restaurants for us. Want to go back for clam chowder.

I write this review with mixed emotions. The location is good. The decor is welcoming. The food was terrific. The problem, dinner was like going to a nice home, hosts are great cooks and the family is dysfunctional. We tried to have dinner at a couple of other restaurants, but learned that now you must make reservations in Manzanita. So,... More

Wonderful space, great service, fantastic drinks (don't pass on the Spicy Thai), even better food. Fresh seafood, meats and poultry. The chef is out making sure you are enjoying your meal.

We stayed in Manzanita for a few days and had dinner at the bistro one night. The food and drink were very good -- and the service was very good -- the Chef came out to say hi at one point -- if a bit slow at times. All said -- I would strongly recommend it to anyone staying in... More

Came here at 5 p.m. for dinner with an infant and toddler, so we probably didn't have the typical experience. The entrees were very good. The wine list is limited to a few unpretentious choices and is appropriately priced. I think that's a plus, because one can always bring their own bottle if a finer wine is desired. We ordered... WE had intended to have dinner somewhere else but when we arrived they did not have seating so I went into this establishment thinking I would not get a table for 4 on such short notice because it was a small restaurant, BUT I did! WE were SO impressed by the staff and the chef came out and spoke with... More

We had such a great meal with friends here. The pork chop special was succulent, the fish fresh and we totally hoovered the fondue with pepper jack, tequila and lime. Brilliant move to serve this with soft pretzel bites. Though the busy Memorial Day weekend traffic made for longer waits than usual, our server handled the lag with grace and... More
