Homemade, organic and oh so yummy!

Make sure you have a few minutes, because this place is packed and worth it! They sell a pretty small bag of homemade granola for a steep price of $9.95... however, it was so insanely delicious that between 2 of us, we bought 3 while in town. ...they added scones and Visa and Mastercard! If it weren't for the slow service it would be perfect!

Bread and Ocean is a quirky little bakery/cafe in Manzanita, and well worth the trip to find it. We had the daily breakfast special--the Egg McOcean--and it was absolutely the freshest, most delicious breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Even the English muffin was tender and light. Get there early--the place fills up quickly and there are only a few indoor... More

After reading reviews, we were excited to try this place while passing through town on our honeymoon. It was even better than expected. 8 months later and we are planning another trip to the coast and stopping in here is already on our must do list. Food was delicious. I found the staff helpful and pleasant. And my sense of... More

It's not just the light yeast bread, the gooey cinnamon puddles, and the lovely swirls. What puts these rolls on the heavenly list is the divine icing on top. This isn't your standard white drippy stuff; it has texture and flavor. Yes, several varieties of cinnamon rolls are offered (e.g., cardamom) but nothing I tried beat the original (and I... More

I found this restaurant by just walking down main street. It has a nice well-maintained entrance with lovely flower boxes and other plants. The inside was small but comfortable. Food was great! I had breakfast there. I had a pup with me and had to sit on the outdoor patio which was very nice and secluded. Highly recommend this restaurant.

You must try the fantastic cinnamon rolls in many varieties! They also have a wonderful and creative deli, and there are inside and outside tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. One of Manzanita's best places!

They always have something fresh that I just want to buy to give to someone...like homemade granola or bread. I am never disappointed. Great coffee too.

We had actually read about this place before we got to Manzanita and were very disappointed to find that they were closed on Monday and Tuesday. But, Wednesday on our way out we headed to the bakery. We had read about their coffee and weren't disappointed. The scones were grand and the cinnamon rolls were probably the best I've ever... More

Seating is limited. We just had coffee but the salads and sandwiches looked tasty. We purchased bread, and while it was better than store-bought, it lacked that chewy sourdough consistency that we had hoped for. Would probably go elsewhere to purchase bread next time.
