Popular local restaurant in Lincoln City

We loved the ambiance: well-worn wooden booths and a wonderful old fireplace built of rounded river-rocks. We went to Pier 101 mid-week without a reservation, and we had no trouble getting a table. It was full of customers, which made us think that it is a popular spot with the locals--always a... read more

Food wasnt bad just overpriced. Service was ok. Restaurant seemed very dark which makes it feel alittle depressing.

I would keep looking for something else. The food was good, but way overpriced. And the waitress, even though nice enough, just seemed so phony and talked down to the elderly couple near us like they were 3 year olds. She probably thinks she is just being nice but it was very annoying-I don't know how she could keep up... More

We were looking for a good seafood restaurant, and this one didn't disappoint! Even though they were busy, we were seated quickly. We already had an idea of what we wanted because the menu is posted when you go in. My husband and I shared a very large seafood sampler basket. I really liked the décor too. We would recommend!

This restaurant was highly recommended on Tripadvisor. I can't really understand why. My group of 6 friends had a variety of meals, including chowder, fresh seafood medley, and other fresh fish plates. None of us was impressed. We had chowder at several other places, including "Vivian's & Bill's", in Lincoln City, "Gracie's Sea Hag" in Depot bay, and "Moe's" in... More

Remember how dark restaurants and bars were in the 1980's? This place would fit right in. The chowder was meh. The summer salad was HUGE. Crab and the usual salad stuff plus avocado strawberries mango watermelon pineapple - probably forgetting something. The wine pour was on the low side with the first glass and nearly to the brim on the... More

We beat the worst of the Friday night rush, but the bar team was overwhelmed and service slow and almost impersonal. Clam chowder way too thick for my taste - too floury - and almost no clam to taste. Good bread. Halibut was fantastic, salmon was overcooked. Mud pie was average.

We had a great dinner, food was hot, fish was fresh, chowder was delicious and beer was cold! We got there late and ate in the bar. The bartender took care of us and was really knowledgeable about the food as well as the adult beverages. Highly recommend Pier 101!

We enjoyed this place so much that we went back three times! If you're there on Friday or Saturday, get there early for prime rib. The regular cut was over an inch thick and it was absolutely delicious and tender. I took half of it home and we had it for sandwiches the next day. If you're there during the... More
