My wife had to have fish tacos, so we went there for that. She wasn't disappointed. I had the Blackfish Rueben.....average at best. The waiter also forgot to bring us a couple of things like hot sauce, water, and also neglected to ask us how our meal was...till it was too late. When I told him about it, he served... More

We ordered fish and chips and found them greasy. There are many more exotic menu choices. We did try the clam chowder which was excellent. Very good choice of wines.

We tried this place on the word of an acquaintance. Could not be more impressed. The first time, it was for lunch and it was quite wonderful. When we decided to visit Lincoln City again, the next year, we came for dinner. I had Osso Busco, the best ever, and my husband had swordfish over polenta with butternut squash sauce.... More

Just down the street from our hotel, this was a real find. Good fresh food, well cooked, charming service. This is worth seeking out.

We stopped for a quick bite. Ordered chowders, which were excellent. Also ordered a flatbread (can't remember the exact name of the dish) that was overly salty to me so only had one small piece. My boyfriend had them box the rest up but we ultimately ended up tossing it. After reading other reviews, I would give this place another... More

On our visit to Lincoln City we had dinner at the Blackfish Cafe. We were not disappointed. Their clam chowder was good, but we are still on the hunt for the best clam chowder in Oregon. The Cioppino and Albacore Tuna were exceptional. The wine, food and atmosphere contributed to a perfect evening. We hope to be back soon.

The chef was at Salishan Lodge when it was a 5 star restaurant. Chef Rob has great fresh seafood and knows how to prepare it to great perfection. All the beef entrees have been cooked to meet the standards of my families request. My son always like his steaks well done. My second son like his steak rare. All salads... More

We were able to secure a last minute table by calling ahead and had a lovely meal. No ocean view but excellent cuisine. Not kid unfriendly per se but not a place I would want to take kids to.

We returned Sunday evening with a reservation as Saturday was completely full. Glad we did. We'd heard that Blackfish was a good seafood restaurant and indeed it is. 2 of us decided on the Cioppino, and we were both absolutely delighted. The clams, mussels, shrimp and large piece of salmon steak came in a delicious dark broth. See the pictures,... More
