This restaurant was previously listed on Trip Advisor and now it isn't. We found it by using Trip Advisor. Recently we were visiting Lincoln City and thought we would check their latest reviews before going back and found they weren't listed, although we drove by and they were obvioulsy open and doing business.

Fast friendly little place

It was a little dive with folks who knew what they were doing!! You order at the counter, many choices, great prices, and sit down and wait while your order is prepared and they then bring it to you. It was a fast food for seafood but delicious!!! No alcohol served. Beer and wine would've been... read more

There's only a few tables and you're not allowed to sit till you have food (which may take awhile), but I would eat here again in a heartbeat. This was the least expensive and best tasting meal of our trip. So good!

You can find this little hole in the wall, just one block south of the outlets. Get past all the slightly snarky signs on the door warning people who get there meals to go, that they really need to go. If you make it that far, you are in for a treat. This is a walk up and order what's... More

We had a couple of bad dining experiences in Lincoln City on our last stay. We drove past J's several times and decided it couldn't be any worse than the other places we ate at. We are so happy that we stopped in. I knew it would be good when I saw the malt vinegar on the tables and the... More

Ok, so I have eaten a lot of fish n chips in my time and let me tell ya you have to stop here! Their batter is light, crispy, and not at all greasy. The fish is always perfectly done and they give generous portions for reasonable prices. Always make sure to ask if they have rockfish available as its... More

This is always a must stop during my trips to Lincoln City. Best clam chowder. Great Halibut and the shrimp are amazing. Don't waste your time with the fries they are frozen, instead try the homemade chips they are great. I read about people saying the signs are rude, I took it as sarcasm. I laughed. It is a very... The halibut and homemade chips were very good but the place is so unwelcoming that it's not worth going back to. The first thing you see on the door as you enter is a sign saying don't bring your garbage back in if you order take out even though they have a picnic table out front for you to eat... More

This is a weird place to eat. There is very little parking and it seems to always be busy and tough to get a seat. As others have mentioned, they have signs up around the building that do not give the warmest feelings. If you do not order a drink, there's a large water cooler on the counter and it's... More
