Best chowder and fish tacos! Super value...our favorite Lincoln City spot.

What this restaurant lacks in ambiance, it delivers in value and taste! The fish tacos are a family favorite and we think the chowder is better than Mo's. Don't miss this small spot - its delish!

The food is good. The wait time was over an hour for fish and chips to be served at two in the afternoon. When we asked why ? The owner told us to go to Moe's Seafood Restaurant they will serve you faster because they use frozen food not fresh. My wife and I were shocked at this strange response... More

Liked the fish and chips. The price was ok. Did not like the small area. Needs to make more room for people to eat inside. Would come back more often if there was room to eat inside.

We were really excited to try this place at my sister's recommendation. When we arrived the place was packed. I noticed there were a lot of rules on the door when we walked in which seemed odd. We ordered at the counter and were told that there would be a 30 min wait for a table. There was nowhere to... More

I was a bit put off by all of the 'unfriendly' signs...to go means to go etc. Won't be first choice for fish and chips because of that.

Probably our favorite in Lincoln City. It's just a little hole-in-the-wall place, but totally worth it!

We go to Lincoln City about 3 times a year, and it wouldn't be the same without a trip to J's Fish & Chips. The food here is fantastic! I usually have the halibut (which sadly they run out of frequently), but the rockfish is wonderful as well. My husband always gets the clam strips which are sweet and full... More

We have been going to J's Fish and Chips for over 3 years and have to say its the best Fish and chips place in Lincoln City. We enjoy their cod and chips. Of course they offer halibut and shrimp and clam chowder too! Excellent prices and food. This warm family run business always has great lunch specials too. It... More

We had tried fish n chips at various places on the coast during our vacation. We tried Js after reading the reviews. Yes! Its great. We got the fish n chips, chowder and the fish tacos. As we would drive up and down Hwy 101, we could see there always seemed to be a line. There is minimal seating. Try to go... More

We got our fish & chips to go after reading the reviews here and elsewhere - food was some of the best of its kind we have had for a long time. There was a wait but it's such a small place that you could see the solo cook was going flat out to meet the demand. It's the price... More
