Amazing Valentines Day Dinner '15

We've only eaten here -- quite a few times. This Valentines Day dinner topped them all. 7 Spectacular courses (not all strictly traditional East Asian, as one course included quinoa) both to look at and to eat. Thu Ha is always a gem, and so is her food. Don't expect a conventional restaurant... read more

My parents went to FuAsian for the cooking class and inquired about catering my wedding. She stated that she would love to do it. It was difficult to get a hold of her later. After 3 phone calls and 2 emails she finally got back to us. We made an appointment to discuss the specifics for catering. We were supposed... More

Jaimie. I am sorry you are upset. I hope to clear up some misunderstanding between you and I. I value honesty and hard work ethics. I respect your opinion and criticism but money can not buy you everything. Please allow me to explain my position. You and your family called me on the day I had an event. The phone... More

The teacher-chef is a very inspired Vietnamese lady, dedicated to healthy food made with high quality fresh healthy ingredients. She explains every step and shares her knowledge about the use of each herb with the students who ask. The cooking equipment we used was high quality stainless steel and cast iron, and everyone was encouraged to engage in the process.... More

I have taken 3cooking classes there and enjoyed each one SOOO much! (I bought my sister and a friend a session for their bdays, and they liked it, too!) The food is among the BEST in town. I was delighted to learn that they are now serving meals as a restaurant, too! I haven't had a chance to go for... More

While visiting my daughter on a long weekend, we spent Saturday afternoon at the Fu Asian for a cooking class! There 11 students in the very small dining area. Under the directions of Chef Randy, we enjoyed learning to prepare salad rolls, Tom Kah soup and Pad Thai. Randy sent a little time on the hows and whys and then... More

I just spent the better part of the afternoon learning how to cook a few classic Asian dishes: salad rolls, Tom Kha soup, and pad Thai at fuAsian. I was with several friends, and Thu Ha, chef and restaurant owner, patiently led us through step-by-step in the preparation of all three dishes. Not only that, she gave us plenty of... More

From the outside you could drive by the nondescript restaurant location and completely miss it. But if you are a "foodie" that would be a complete mistake! As others have said, you would do best to make a reservation here. Once you show up you'll completely understand why -- the staff is pretty much the chef herself and 1-2 other... More

Fuasian is a very unique dining experience. The restaurant has only a few tables, you call and make your reservation, come in, and be served. There is no menu inside the restaurant. You can make requests when you order, but we find that it is the most fun to sit down and not know what you'll be eating. Almost everything... More
