Came for lunch to a beautiful setting very reminiscent of the bistros in Provence. Was told to try a breakfast entree if interested, and that really worked well. The bananas foster French toast was a rich sweet offering that had our whole table staring. The taste matched the looks. Others had sandwiches of different types and they were all hits,... More

I recently revisited La Provence with a relative. It is such a nice place to dine. I have only ever had lunch there so I can't attest to breakfast and dinner but I hope to soon. At any rate, it is a delightful place. There is a lovely, large patio for outdoor dining. The staff are so pleasant and friendly,... More

I've been here several times for lunch. We always start with a hibiscus mimosa made with Oregon distilled Gompers Gin. It is light and refreshing and oh so good! The French onion soup is to die for! Everything is fresh and scrumptious! We always take baked goods home. Patio seating is lovely and service top notch. Next time we will... More

First off, we were surprised to get a table with only a few minute wait. Most of the crowd outside was waiting for outdoor seating. We mostly just wanted to eat. This is a bakery/restaurant with very upscale ambiance and a nice morning bustle. The menu is very creative but still reasonably priced. I had a smoked salmon hash which... More

We had breakfast at La Provence in Lake Oswego, Oregon recently and it was among the best breakfasts ever. The choices were unique and wonderful. The berry crepes were so good it is hard to put into words. The service was exceptional and they didn't miss a beat. if you are ever in the Portland area make sure to include... More

Fresh, fast and fabulous. Croissants are colossal, Mimosas are yummmmy, eggs are incredible as well as edible, overall a great time and superb service! Fairly priced, dog and kid friendly.

A delightful place for breakfast or brunch. It can be crowded on weekends but we ate there most recently on a Monday. Scrambled eggs, pork-and-apple sausage, fresh fruit, a big croissant served with brie, all for around $7.50. There were some heartier options too, as well as a fully-loaded pastry case in case you want something "to go". Would recommend.

What a discovery--- a delight for the eyes ,the nose and the tongue. Totally different than any other "bakeries"--- the cream puff swans just make you smile. We had lunch there and the Monte Cristo sandwich on their own bread was amazing. I am just glad this is not near my home or I'd be here every day!

Came here for Father's Day breakfast and while the prices were reasonable, the food was good. I had the chefs omelet and the inside seemed a little runny, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it. Their butter croissants are really good. This place tends to be busy so it's best to get there early. They also have a heated... More

The location is in a strip mall, but it does not feel like it inside. The wine list is excellent. The food selection is in relatively in small portions, but the individual prices per dish are all about $6-$7. Two dishes are really enough, although you may be tempted not to stop. I had the beet salad, beef sliders and... More
