Terrific!

Low key atmosphere. Great food. Definitely a locals favorite. Recommend the French onion soup and if you feel like the calories, the croissants are made fresh daily.

The French onion soup, previously delicious, tasted bland and lacked any depth of flavour. The blue cheese dressing on the salad was so thin I asked for another portion...it was thin, and only had a hint of blue cheese. The coffee was acceptable. I got the feeling that because it is so popular they don't have to try any longer.... More

It was a beautiful night, so we sat out on the veranda, and it was lovely. We decided to just get 3 items each from the small plates menu, and it made for a very satisfying meal. I had the pommes frites au truffes (pardon my French), which was fancy French fries with truffle oil and garlic. They were unbelievably... More

Had their Wagyu beef burger for lunch: very tasty & reasonably priced. Salads are very good. Decor is tasteful. Will return.

IF you traveling in Lake Oswego - or anywhere in Portland for that matter - La Provence is a MUST do! Knowing the reputation of La P, we went for a ham and cheese croissant - after all, if they do that well, then - game on. Our very French (and humorous in that 'French' way) waiter - Francois... of... More

We went here with family members who had been here before. My husband and I are not "small plate" people so we were skeptical, but the entire experience was awesome. You order two or three small plates and are totally satisfied for dinner. Desserts were great. Service excellent. Very cute French decor. We had the beet salad, clam chowder, beef... More

This is a cute little French restaurant with nice ambiance. The food is very good and the service is good also. The bakery items are delicious. The lines to get into the restaurant are long. They don't accept reservations. Sometimes we go there and end up leaving because the wait is too long.

Delicious foods, nice atmosphere, excellent opportunity to try unusual items. Kids had the escargot and loved it!

Excellent pastries, good breakfast, fun patio for summer dinning. limited parking at certain hours. Breakfast and lunch are great but it can get crowded.

This restaurant is adorable with lots of indoor and outdoor seating, but it does get crowded. Service was good, food was delicious and the amount, variety, and price of the bakery items was incredible. I recommend this place for breakfast or brunch with family.
