Our great experience started by being lead to our table by Executive Chef Jerry Maguire. He stopped by 2 more times to check on us. Impressive. Everyone who waited on us seemed to enjoy their job for which they were well trained. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Missing a wash cloth. However an additional one was brought promptly. Would... We stayed at the Shilo one over this past Labor Day weekend. Just as other reviews noted, the hotel was nice enough. Unfortunately dinner at the restaurant was a big disappoint. Based on other reviews we both got the rib eye steak. I ordered mine medium and it was medium well at least. That's ok, I can eat it that... More

Our server, McKenzie, was great. We arrived with a group of 9 about 8:30 in the evening. The staff immediately put tables together for us. The food was very good. It was a good choice after a long day of driving

The rooms are nice and the shuttle service gets us to and from our boat without facing DUI charges! The staff is pleasant and the hotel is a great place for the whole family . . the pool is heated!

Absolutely awesome people everywhere we went. From the front desk, the restaurant/bar, housekeeping staff, etc. Food was excellent and great service. Breakfast is great which included different items each day such as eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, home fried potatoes, tortillas, French toast, cereals, muffins, juices, coffee, milk, fruit, and occasionally some great homemade salsa! Dinner entrees were awesome. No need... More

We were treated to a surprisingly superb meal in a town not known for its fine restaurants. The portions were generous and we left well satisfied. Our server James Barco was unusually attentive without being intrusive. During our meal were visited by the very friendly and personable executive chef, Jerry Maguire, who made us feel genuinely welcome. We give him... More

We ordered Angus Burger, Ribbed eye steak with beer batter french fries and they were the best we ever had! The new executive chef Jerry Maguire takes pride in all of his entrees! Jerry is very personable and he personally came over to our table asking for our feedback on his dishes. We definitely would recommend his restaurant and also... More
