The rooms are nice and the shuttle service gets us to and from our boat without facing DUI charges! The staff is pleasant and the hotel is a great place for the whole family . . the pool is heated!

Absolutely awesome people everywhere we went. From the front desk, the restaurant/bar, housekeeping staff, etc. Food was excellent and great service. Breakfast is great which included different items each day such as eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, home fried potatoes, tortillas, French toast, cereals, muffins, juices, coffee, milk, fruit, and occasionally some great homemade salsa! Dinner entrees were awesome. No need... More

We were treated to a surprisingly superb meal in a town not known for its fine restaurants. The portions were generous and we left well satisfied. Our server James Barco was unusually attentive without being intrusive. During our meal were visited by the very friendly and personable executive chef, Jerry Maguire, who made us feel genuinely welcome. We give him... More

We ordered Angus Burger, Ribbed eye steak with beer batter french fries and they were the best we ever had! The new executive chef Jerry Maguire takes pride in all of his entrees! Jerry is very personable and he personally came over to our table asking for our feedback on his dishes. We definitely would recommend his restaurant and also... More

We had a group of 20 come in for a retreat. We worked with Kaci who did a great job dealing with the many questions and changes we made in the last couple of weeks. Even when the Shilo had to change our room, we were told with plenty of notice. The room was exactly as we needed and the... More

I stayed at the Shilo Inn and Suites on a recent trip and had dinner that night in the dining room. I had a delightful cod dish and fresh house salad. Very delicious. But what made the meal so very special was my attentive and enthusiastic waiter, Jerry Maguire. I later learned that he is the Executive Chef, and I... More

We came in at 9 pm at night ordered a burger and chicken tenders. We waited an hour for food - the place closes at 10. Ask for food at 9:45 and were brushed off by the snotty waitress! Not a good experience - at all!

We were on a road trip across Northern California, Oregon and Washington states and we found this hidden treasure in Klamath Falls. Mr Jerry Maguire, executive chef, greeted us in person and made our dining experience both memorable and enjoyable. We had the Alaskan cod with Cajun spices, herb marinated chicken breast and coconut prawns. Not only were they well... More
