Beautiful atmosphere...cozy & romantic! Great wine selection. We were able to order a bottle to take to our room as well. The Corn Chowder with the pulled pork on top was outstanding! Highly recommend that!

I took my folks here for a holiday luncheon meal. Had been here years ago and it was always a favorite for my folks. I recall a charming old world atmosphere with good home cooking. Cozy on a winter's day type of place. I feel they could use an update to make the place a bit more renovated to the... More

I commend this guest for recognizing our wonderful hostess, JoAnn, who has been with us since 1986. She is very special and is respected and admired by our guests and coworkers as well. Concerning the suggestion of renovation, it is a little bit difficult to please everyone on this matter. The Jacksonville Inn was built while Abraham Lincoln was alive,... More

We live in Jacksonville and dine here frequently. We love the downstairs with the cozy fireplaces and atmosphere. We have done appetizer dining at the bar and the full dinner experience by the fireplace. There is also delightful patio dining in the back. The food and staff have always been excellent. Enjoy the historic town of Jacksonville and fine dining... More

The food was delicious, atmosphere fantastic and the service was beyond fantastic! We were a party of 5 adults and two young children. We chose a corner table which was perfect. The kids played in the corner (after they ate) while we had dinner and the other guests were not bothered. Our wait person, Molly, was so cheerful and very... More

Outstanding service, atmosphere, food and drink. Upscale dining that is well known in the area for consistent dining pleasure. Top of the line steak and seafood prepared like any 5 star restaurant would. Wish I lived nearer this area.

The Jacksonville Inn is a hotel, bar, and dining room in Jacksonville, Oregon. Jacksonville is a western town that has been preserved, and when you are there you think it's the 1800s. The town's main street is lined with quaint shops and surrounded by lush trees and vintage houses. I love to stay at the Jacksonville Inn. It is OF... More

The Jacksonville Inn is Iconic in Southern Oregon; having served dinner to three different US Presidents. Whenever I want a fine meal, this is the place that I visit. If one is interested in upscale fine dining, be sure to visit their regular dining area with an elegant decor. For those who prefer smaller portions and at a smaller price,... More

My husband and I like to dine in the downstairs bistro. It's cozy, warm and friendly. The stone walls remind of us of a wine cellar. Marriana, a bartender, makes perfect Makers Mark Manhattans. She is a lovely lady. Most recently we had salads for our dinner. My pear, walnut, and blue cheese on very fresh mixed greens was delicious.... More

A very nice place for dinner. Try the outside patio. Tasty selection of entrees. Good service. Need more Oregon wines on the menu...we were in Oregon after all.

We ate here five times over three days -- two breakfasts, one lunch and two dinners. For all meals the food and service were excellent. The restaurant is on two levels, an upper or main floor, which is slightly raised above street level, and a basement restaurant. Both, except for the front windows of the upper level, have the same... More
