So many times you go into a local bar and have to choose between okay beer choices. But J'Ville tavern has it all...domestics and micro brews. Gotta love it:)

Stopped here for a beer while touring the city of Jacksonville, Oregon on Saturday February 9, 2013. The bar is located on the main street of Jacksonville in the heart of it all. The bar itself is very old and turn of the century along with all the other buildings downtown. Therefore, you get this neat old vibe just walking... More

This is the real deal. The j'ville tavern used to be on the corner but has moved two doors down. Cold Beers on tap, martinis, you can get it here. If you like to shoot pool or throw darts, you can do that too. Stick a dollar in the ceiling, ask the barkeep how. Oh and did I mention there... More

This Tavern is a really neat place to explore... old games that I had never before seen, still being played... A beautiful long Bar and old flooring make this place lovely... it's more than Just a Tavern, lots of History come along with a visit here... Jacksonville is simply the best!

Wanted an Ice Cold beer and found it here. Bartender recommended a local beer and we downed it before our feeding frenzy. Nice place to just stop in and suck down some suds

This is not a restaurant, its a bar. Due to antiquated liquor laws in Oregon you have to serve food in order to serve hard liquor drinks, so they do. Its a neighborhood bar that has a "Cheers" atmosphere that is that most patrons there know almost all the other patrons as well as the bartenders. It has a hunting and... More

Great Pacific Northwest atmosphere - a great place for a beer or light bite. Best for just socializing with friends over a drink.

My family and friends visit Jacksonville every summer and always stop by the wine shop to pick up Oregon and Pacific Northwest wines that we would have trouble locating back east. Fantastic selection. Very knowledgeable, friendly and informative staff. Weekend Brunch menu is reasonable and excellent quality. A must stop if you are in the area (Jacksonville/Ashland), or passing nearby... More
