Great little bistro in the heart of the Applegate Valley. The chefs are the waiters and the place is very small but the food is delightful. All fresh ingredients and burgers ground to order. We had the salmon sandwiches and pulled pork, both excellent. The ceasar salad and fingerling potatoes were excellent as well.
