I would be a liar if I were to I have never drove 2 hours just to eat here.

I have no words for how much I love this place, every aspect of this establishment is on point. The pizza is pure perfection every time, I am not a dessert nut but the s'mores dessert was out of this world. My only complaint is it is two hours away but maybe for my waistline that is good thing.

This waterside restaurant specializes in pizza. I had salmon which was excellent whilst my family ordered 3 large pizzas. I tried the fired cherry pizza which was very tasty. We enjoyed beer and wine. This was a great place to stop on return from Syncline winery.

We stayed a couple days in the Hood River area and stopped in at Solstice one evening- Unfortunately they had had some computer/delivery issues earlier in the day and did not have a full menu. I am unsure If it affected my choice of order or not, but I was certainly please with my choice. I ordered the Solstice Pizza.... More

The food here is amazing! Ate dinner here before and the baked mac and cheese was divine. We've also ordered one of their pizzas before with artichoke, truffle oil, salami, and sausage and it was goodness to the last piece. Crust is thin and crispy baked in the wood fire oven to give it its unique flavor. This time around... More

Family and friends were visiting and we opted to go to solstice, since we had one vegetarian and we knew she would get accomadated there. Our party turned from 10 to 13 and Jaime took care of us very well. Had the Butternut squash pizza it was amazing. Love the thin crust. Definitely a regular spot for us.

Weekday dinner--the place was hopping but we were seated right away and service was prompt, courteous and excellent. I ordered a caesar salad (fantastic) and a pizza with pears, caremelized onions and blue cheese. I had never seen this combo before but it was outstanding. This was a truly great meal even though the restaurant is very casual. Other diners... More

My wife and I found Solstice Wood Fire Cafe on Yelp on our drive out from Portland on a Friday evening and were seated in the outdoor enclosed patio without having to wait for a table. We could see the kites from the surfers in the Gorge from our seats. Our server was prompt and friendly, the cocktails were excellent... More

Thanks to Trip Advisor we found this place! What a gem! Great pizza, staff and beer. It was perfect after a long day in the car and at the Oregon Zoo. We were hungry and tired and the kids and us loved the Pizza. Our server was great and when we asked what he likes he told us the BLBB... More
