Good coffee, great seating on the patio, a little loud and very public so if you are trying to have a private talk it's the wrong place.

I need Chai to start my day and hotels don't have it so Doppio was recommended by our hotel. The first day was great service was prompt, asked it I wanted my muffin toasted and would I like butter. So we went back the next day. Still prompt but I had to ask to get the muffin toasted and was... More

What could be a better way to celebrate your anniversary than a trip to Hood River and sampling some of its great food options. We loved Doppio Coffee...the coffee (and tea) were great but what brought us back a second time were the croissants! Totally delicious and decadent but worth every calorie. My husband had a breakfast bagel on our... More

Had cappuccino and a mocha plus a pastry and a sandwich. All fresh, all really good. Nice place too with indoor or outdoor seating. Great cafe.

We were just passing through Hood River and needed a quick stop. Expectations exceeded! My large cafe mocha came topped with well-done latte art. It was delicious. We don't get up here much but I'd sure stop again.

I stopped by this morning. There is something very nice about the owner working his business..and they have an awesome food selection and drink selection, more so than the average coffee shop....also healthy alternatives to select from . Yes, they are # 1 in Hood River .

We had breakfast sandwiches of ham, eggs and provolone. The ham was delicious and obviously not your average deli meat. Very well done. We also had a coconut chocolate chip cookie which was really really good. And of course the coffee was amazing. Great little spot-it looks like it would be a great lunch/dinner place too.

Just popped in to get an iced coffee to go. Place was seriously hopping at mid-morning on a Friday, but in a fun and lively way to me, would not be good if you wanted a quiet coffeehouse to settle in with a good book or to work. I may pop back in for a breakfast or lunch sandwich later... More

Coffee was perfect. High ceiling open-windowed design was perfect. I wanted to be friends with everybody at nearby tables, many of whom exchanged pleasantries with our family. Service wasn't particularly quick, but we were on vacation and really enjoying the scene. Second market next door is also worth a look.

We went there twice while hiking in Columbia River gorge. Excellent Ethiopian organic coffee with free refill. It was better than Starbucks! We also ordered bagel sandwiches with mozzarella, basil and tomatoes. This was perfect for breakfast prior to a long hike in the Gorge. We also ordered hummous sandwiches as a packed lunch while having our breakfast. It came... More
