This restaurant has a great view of the Columbia River but unfortunately that is the only appeal. Our server huffed and puffed since we were only in for drinks which made us feel like we were a bother. When we ordered a cocktail that the server had never heard of she told us the bartender doesnt really know a lot... More

The service was very good, and the view from the patio was great but the food was less than flavorful. I had the fish and chips. The cook needs to discover the wonders of seasonings. I wouldn't go back. There are just too many other restaurants to try in this little town.

Stopped for lunch. Had a delicious squash soup and salad. My husband had a salad with salmon. We enjoyed our food as well as the view of the Columbia River. Service was good.

My friend, who likes fish tacos, said theirs were great. I really liked the steelhead quiche. Both of my visits were between busy times, and we got very good service. At other times they have big crowds and I can't speak to how quickly one gets served during those times. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and views of the... More

We sat outside and it was beautiful. But for a $26 dinner my shrimp and potatoes where over cooked and the food was cold. Way over priced for what I got. When you pay that price the level of expectations are set high. Would not return.

probably lots of places in Hood river have good view of the river but given the higher elevation of this restaurant location the view from the outdoor area is outstanding. Our service was goo but food was just average . Salmon was overcooked and some dishes seemed a bit cool when served.

Full Sail lager on the deck at the end of the day. Pretty view. Can't review the food...just had a beer. Friendly service with a smile

I am trying not to rant about how bad this meal was....but I can't help myself. I had chicken Alfredo- great flavor with blue cheese but the chicken was so overcooked that chewing was very chewy and tough. The prime rib was a slab of gristle with no flavor. The service was mediocre to bad- I am being picky because... More

Did a late lunch here on a beautiful day. Great patio setting with a decent view of the river. Arugula salad for $9.95 was quite small. Fish tacos were cold. After the warm up, they came back cold. Waitress was aloof. Better places in this town.

We chose to sit outside on the deck, on a warm summer evening, and from our vantage point we could watch the old cars cruise by on the street below. The restaurant is located on the side of a hill with a great view of the Columbia River. The meal was delicious and prepared with a flair, so the dinner... More
