Best Breakfast

We no longer live in Oregon, but used to go to The Shack in the late 80's. We were in town and saw that the Reedville Café had breakfast. What a great surprise! I had the crab benedict and couldn't believe how much crab there was. I ordered the 1/2 and wished I had ordered the full because it... read more

Food was great and service was even better. Went with a large group and was taken care of like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Really enjoyed the cross cut fries and house made ranch.

This local watering hole/cafe has been a community landmark for generations. The food is fresh, service good, and desserts are delicious.

Recently enjoyed breakfast there with a large group. Our server was friendly and very accommodating for size of group. Menu has good variety of breakfast items so something for everyone.

The food is well-prepared, and service is timely. Our wait-person Kathleen, was one of the best we've ever had - friendly, quick-witted, and funny. The lemon bread pudding with marionberry sauce is one of the best desserts we have ever had.

My wife & I joined another couple for breakfast. I ordered chicken fried steak, eggs & biscuit with some of the best sausage gravy I've had in ages...and plenty of it. I believe there was more tasty sausage than gravy. The chicken fried steak had a coating that was full of wonderful flavor. My wife ordered the eggs Benedict and... More

As usual, the staff was quick to seat us, ask us what we wanted to drink and ready to take our order when we were. My wife always wants things just a little different than how the menu presents it and they always get it right. The food came out in a short amount of time and was great as... More

On the weekends when we don't feel like fixing breakfast at home this is one of our favorite places to eat. They have a great menu and sometimes it's difficult to make up your mind on what to order. The servers are always willing to let you know what the best breakfast of the day is and they're always spot... More

Our exercise group got together at Reedville Cafe recently to celebrate some fall and winter birthday ladies. When we arrived, we had our own room already set up with water and service; each of us was offered coffee while we waited for everyone to join us. The wait staff were smiling, kind, and efficient. The menu is extensive which makes... More
