food not that great, got a so called chef who takes money from waitresses, does not know how to cook, the owner is to old to do the business any good

Raw bacon in my husbands omelet. Pink and slimy. Potatoes tasted like a grill that had other things on it.

This lady can cook! A harbor fixture for decades. All the fishermen show up here every morning. Loud greetings upon entry. Food is tasty and served hot. The mrs had the veggie omelet every morning, I opted for the eggs, sometimes the breakfast sandwich and on another morning the french toast. Loved everything. Highly recommend.

And you BETTER be HUNGRY !......Neither one of us can eat a complete basket ( w/fries)....so we have her cut it in half and we both have plenty

Wopping good value meal. Big pancakes, generous omelettes, great coffee. Wonderful place to eat.with friends. The Brookings equivalent of "Cheers".

Had breakfast twice here and it was of excellent quality. Probably should share a meal because they were so huge. Owner also very generous and community minded.

The food is excellent with large portions. On top of that they have reasonable prices. Very clean, even when busy and friendly staff. A great place to have breakfast and wake up in a friendly atmosphere. Good selection of items. Interesting NASCAR items displayed everywhere.

Always a great meal! Very reliable, which is a good thing ;)

Just another place in Brookings. Nothing great but for Brookings not bad.
