Went here last month for the first time and it was great. There was a bit of a wait - which was worth it. I had the ribs and my sister had a salad. I loved the sides that accompanied the meat, and our server was very attentive. The meat was standard rib meat, messy and bbq'd. I was happy... More

Second visit, first time take-out. Ordered steak, medium-well. Steak was cut much thinner than expected, resulting in not holding it's heat during transport. Green beans good. Sweet potato very good. Price $17 which was high for us.

This is a wonderful place if you like meat dishes. The steaks, ribs, and chicken are very well done. The peanuts (with throwing the shells on the floor) give it a real downhome country atmosphere. Wonderful food, you should try it!

Out of the last three times I have been there something has been horribly wrong. The last time there I ordered the stuffed Pork chop. The thing cam out completely raw and the stuffing was still frozen. The greatest part about this, not once did a manager ever come up to us and talk to us about it. The time... More

There are peanuts on your table, and they don't care if you toss the shells on the floor. So, if you don't mind the bunkhouse atmosphere you will get a decent meal of beef, chicken or ribs

My wife and I went there recently to celebrate a birthday. We both had the full rack baby back ribs. Very tasty. I wouldn't say they were bbq, it seemed like they might have been oven baked and them finished on the grill. At any rate they were very tender and tasted very good. The bread with honey butter were... More

Ordered one meal and extra sides and was too full to have desert and food left. Very tasty chicken and ver big sweet potatoes. Service was okay. Hostess talked too fast and didn't wait till people were seated before she told us and others what the soup and server was.

We were there for lunch on a saturday so the place was pretty empty. Service was good; food was excellent - our first time here - our kids had been here before. Had ribs, steak salad and chicken salad. No complaints on the food. I would go back again.
