Love the fries and pie

I've eaten here a few times. The portions are huge, especially if you order something with bread like a sandwich. It way too much bread for my taste but the food is good. I especially like the parmesan garlic fries. My husband and I have gone just for a meal of fries before. I also really like the... read more

You can always get a great meal at the Truffelhunter! Soups, salads, sandwiches are all great and when you go in for dinner they have plates of food that you feel like your grandmother cooked. The portions are large so you may opt to share with someone, or get a box and take the left overs because you can have... More

Homemade bread daily, their sandwiches are fit for Royalty, all food is made from scratch, their signature soup is Hungarian mushroom, most excellent

My sister and I had a pleasant lunch on the front porch where it was quiet enough mid afternoon to visit. The porch has big window all around so it was cool enough to require us to keep our jackets on throughout our stay. We had excellent service. They allowed us extra time to make our choices but kept coming... More

I have always had great food here in all the years I have lived in the area. You get more for your money, plus home like cooking. It's the BEST!!!

A very unique place to eat and the brunch was very nice. The food was flavorful and the portions generous. The value was appropriate for the food and location. The only negative would be the wait time to get in but good places have wait times! Will go again.

We love going to the Trufflehunter. The bread is homemade as well as the yummy pies. The Turkey Dinner is as good as Grandma's. Come with your appetite or split a meal because the portions are huge!

We stopped there around 11:30 for lunch. Its in an old house which is kinda neat. We had Russian mushroom soup, french dip and chicken basil sandwich and a pumpkin chai latte for $22 w/o tip. The sandwiches are huge! They claim most everything is made in-house and customizable. Most everything can be made Gluten Free (UDI's bread). Food was... More

Quaint older home with excellent food and deserts. The French Onion Soup was maybe the best that I've ever had. The home made pies ranked up with the best also---save room for the desert tray and select one that looks good to you. The service was a little slow but the food more than made up for that.

Wow this place rocks for lunch. In and old house. The food was reasonably priced and portions are huge, and I mean huge. Was really good food.
