Visited Many Times - Always Good

Every time we take a trip, we end up staying a night or two in Gresham with family before flying out in the morning (our town in southern Oregon no longer has air service). We take my Uncle out to dinner the night before our flight and this is one of our favorite places to go. Excellent (and... read more

Big time Italian food = lots of garlic! but yummy. Wine at great prices, good quality. Appetizers - deep- fried green beans and the antipasto plate were very good. I would stick with the antipasto plate. All six entrees were two thumbs up. I loved my halibut based pasta dish. No desserts - could not finish everything so => penalty... More

The thing about Italian food is that making good, fresh, authentic Italian food is actually pretty cheap and easy. This place is one of the nicer restaurants in the area, ambience-wise. Which is why I have returned a few times – – I just keep hoping the food will get better. But it doesn't. The food is super inconsistent –... More

I have eaten here several times and I'm still not impressed with the food, service and price you pay for the quality and service you receive. I had to send my lunch back twice as it was not cooked how as I requested. The server was very inattentive and had to ask her twice what was taking so long as... More

Came here for a family dinner on a Friday evening with out of town guests. Party of 6. Most of the members of our family were pleased with the food. They liked the chicken ravioli special The glaring exception at the table was the gnocchi, which was very dense and sticky. To be fair, this is a difficult dish to... More

My son had heard good things about this restaurant so we decided to give it a try. We were seated immediately and our server was good humored and helpful. We ordered a bottle of wine which was very fairly priced. The menu was extensive and also moderately priced. I ordered the shrimp scampi, my son ordered spaghetti bolognese, and wife... More

The cuisine was wonderful and the wine selection very nice. The staff has always been very courteous. Wait times minimal but call ahead if you have a larger group. More of an adult place but even with our grandchildren they have been welcomed and accommodating. Will go again frequently!

This place started out fairly simple, but the success shows. We hadn't been in for about a year and it's quieter and prettier. This is now a special occasion restaurant, a place to take a first date. The food is above average and becoming even imaginative. The service needs to grow a little more mature, but they're friendly and fairly... More

Calamari was over cooked and were more like French fries. Chicken ravioli was good, soup and salad was good, but really, how do you mess that up. Service was poor, 3 couples seated after us were served, billed exited as we were getting our entree's. One couple still had enough time to go next door to the frozen yogurt shop... More

Boccelli's is a small, light and cheerful little Italian restaurant in old town Gresham. It was recommended to my daughter and me after we had haircuts at a nearby salon. What a find! Based on recommendation and size of the entree, we shared bruschetta as an appetizer and Mediterranean chicken for our luncheon entree. We still had leftovers to take... More
