Model of Good Old Fashioned Cafe

This place is like a throwback to the 1950s--decor as well as menu. I was sent here on a previous trip by my motel owner and now I make sure to get off the freeway and stop even if I'm just driving by. Typical huge breakfast menu, large portions, but the baking is what's so special. Biscuits... read more

Great food, coffee and service. They even gave us our coffee to go as we had about 8 more hours of driving that day

How do you say you love em and get a little crazy because you may get your food in an hour? It has only happened twice, but it slowed me down from going back if I was on a tight schedule.

This restaurant offers good homemade style food. The portions are good sized, so if having lunch you might want to share your entree so you'll have room for a slice of one of their famous pies.

Seemed a reasonably nice place in downtown Grants Pass, OR. We went on a referral fro friends to give it a try. Perhaps not my first choice but most was quite tasty and as ordered. If you aren't real hungry be sure to order the smaller version though. Parking is not the easiest due to just being in the main... More

Start your day with a full belly at the Powderhorn! This is the classic café with generous helpings of wholesome plain food at reasonable prices. This a great alternative to the typical franchise chains.

We ate breakfast her. They were very busy but still offered good service and were all very friendly. We ate pancakes, omelets, hash browns and toast- all very good and good size portions. Will eat here again.
