It's all about the view.

I have to admit the setting is very nice along the river. You can watch the jetboats zip in and out, nice view of the river, bridge and park. Personally I'd rather cook up some burgers and hotdogs across the river at the park, or one of the many riverside parks nearby. Taprock seems to rely on... read more

went to one of the only restaurants open at 8:40 p.m., was seated by the hostess, and immediately approached by a young man who stated they would be closing in 10 minutes. I asked what that meant, and his reply way "Im not saying anything, I am simply saying we will be closing in 10 minutes." After several exchanges like... More

My server was great. She was busy, but made sure that we were happy with everything. The establishment is very beautiful, all three levels. There is a mural under the walkway below the deck and the artist did such a great job. The best part, we just had to use the walkway under the bridge to get to our hotel.

They have a new menu. It seemed like the prices have gone up. Burgers $12.-$14. Large burger but not much flavor with a few yam fries. I had the avo and bacon sandwich...lots of bread with not enough inside the sandwich. We are locals so when the weather is nice we like to come and sit on the deck and... More

Outstanding decorating inside and out. Nothing inside reduces the normal noise but the outside deck is wonderful Drinks outside in the summer by the river is a must .

The setting on the Rogue is great and outdoor seating is fantastic! Looks like the ex owner of Carls Jr. is following history. $15 for brunch and what do you get? Rubbery over cooked sausage, dried out scrambled eggs, blintzes that could be used as bombs in a blitzskreig, eggs ben -n- died, cold waffles and a bunch of high... More

We are moving to this area so wanted to give this a shot. It was a near miss, believe me. We went in around 2 pm on a Friday afternoon and had to put our name on a waiting list even though we could see empty tables in the dining room (that is never okay). After about 10 minutes, we... More

This was a beautiful remodel of the old Riverside Inn. Wonderful when first opened, clean, good food, good service, great venue. Now it is dirty, marginal service and the food is not cooked properly. Can we say raw chicken? Most everything comes out of the freezer. Could we not have fresh zucchini fingers, how tough is it? The wedge salad... More

While service was just OK. The food was substandard for this building. It is such a beautiful location and you would expect a lot more. Very disappointed and probably will not return. Found out later that it is actually run by Elmers and that would explain a lot.

Decided to take a trip up to Grants Pass for a late lunch on a recent Sunday. The view was spectacular from the deck overlooking the river. Very helpful staff, everyone seemed to be having a good time which is always a good sign. Staff happy = customers happy! As the weather was perfect the outdoor seating was packed! The... More
