We live in South Carolina, our daughter lives in Grants Pass. We eat at Taprock everytime we visit. I love the ambience and being on the river. We couldn't decide about the beer so we were offered tastings. Tonight the waitress, Alex, asked my husband if everything was OK. She was astute enough to notice his lack of response and... More

We really enjoyed the swift, cheerful service, lovely salads (chicken with organic greens and crab salad), super view and local beer. We would happily return.

The headline is about all I have to say. It's right by the river so it's scenic if you get the patio. The landscaping is nice as well. The service was poor, slow and forgot to put in an order and didn't even realize the mistake then forgot the side. I had my plate cleared when I went to take... More

We chose to eat here because it was within walking distance to our hotel, and after looking at the menu online we decided there was something for everyone. Everything was great! The atmosphere, service and food was all A+. The appetizer crab dip was delicious! I had the grilled Caesar salad, my husband had the blackened halibut tacos and my... More

We were looking for a lunch spot before going out on our jet boat trip. We picked Taprock because of the location and were very pleased with what we found. The server was friendly, the food was good and the location is excellent. Many of us had the taco - some salmon and some beef - and they were good.... More

We stopped at the Taprock Grill while waiting for our jet boat for our trip on the Rogue River. The sandwiches we had we amazing and so were the homemade chips. We ate in the bar because they had quite a line of people waiting to be seated in the restaurant area with at least a 15 minute wait and... More

Mediocre food with good service. We have ordered the Fetechenni Alferdo with Prawns & Crab on our last three visits. Every time we have found crab shell &/our hair in the pasta. Beware of the kitchen! Its dirty!!

Located alongside the gorgeous Rogue River, the Taprock Northwest Grill is an beautiful, log building that fits into the Northwest beauty of Grants Pass, Or. We had lunch at the restaurant, and sat out on the wide, shaded deck overlooking the river. They serve full plates of food, so my husband and I shared a great avocado & turkey sandwich,... More
