Lunch

My friend and I had their lunch Special which was the Cajun Chicken Sandwich on a Ciabatta Roll with Pepper Jack Cheese, Grilled Onions and peppers, served with lettuce, tomatoes and red onions for $10.95. The sandwich was good but the bread was somewhat dry - not soft and fresh. They offered black... read more

A one night stay over in Grants Pass we trusted ratings at Trip Advisor and opted for Blondies Bistro. An unusual name and strip mall location but once inside you had the feeling this could be an elegant meal. Very tasteful ambiance, attentive seating and an intriguing menu. My wife and I are elderly and often split an entree. She... More

My husband and I have wanted to try Blondies for a very long time. Choosing to go after the lunch crowd assured fast and attentive service. My hamburger (using Painted Hills ground beef) was cooked to perfection, my husbands pulled pork sandwich with cranberry bbq sauce was delicious. We were happy with our meal and will go back.

The ambiance of this restaurant makes it a good choice for an intimate dining experience or gathering with friends for a special occasion. The menu is quite varied and offers something for most everyone. The service can be irratic and this is the reason I did not rate 5 stars.

My hotel recommended this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The prices were reasonable and the variety was plentiful. The bad reviews don't feel fair to me. I travel extensively in NW United States and have allot to compare to. I am also pretty picky about my food. I hope you will will agree. Happy dining😉

When this place opened, it was our favorite place. Unfortunately, there have always been staffing issues, starting with one of the owners daughters serving. Just because you raised them doesn't mean they should be your server, she was nothing a good server must be to put it kindly. Ever since then it's been high turnover of server after server -... We are sorry to hear about your unfortunate visit. We are confused as to when this took place. We haven't had any incidents with any servers being yelled at by anyone at anytime. Up until the last few months Blondies has had the same staff for almost 3 years, hired by the same daughter I'm assuming you are referring to... More

A group of us had been going to Blondies' for cocktail and appetizers for several years. One evening 3 months ago a group of 8 of us vowed to not return because we had poor service but were told on the receipt how much our tip would be. Typically we are much better than average tippers, but this evening we... More

Stopped for early dinner after Symphony Concert before it was really busy. That didn't improve or speed the service; several waiters running back & forth, but it took a long time to get waited on, longer to get our food, and the bus boy finally helped out & brought more bread we had asked for to go with the soup....
