We were a little hesitant to try this place based on a few reviewers comments about friendliness of staff but I will just say we were treated very well; the staff was extremely friendly and accomadating, the food was excellent and the ambiance, northwest pub-style is ver comfortable. Would recommend.

The waiter (who seemed like he may have been a manager or owner) was extremely rude. He was so unpleasant and irritable, it made the whole meal uncomfortable.

The staff is very rude. We ended up being seated after the lady debated where to put us for ten minutes when there was no one else even in the restaurant. We ended up leaving before ordering as we felt like we wernt welcome. Terrible service and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Every but as good as restaurants in tourist locations such as South Lake Tahoe. All staff very friendly and helpful, even though not our server. Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and all ingredients homemade. The crab Mac and cheese was delicious!
