The last time we ate at the Bridge, it was good. This time however, no one liked his/her food. The clam chowder is not a chowder, it's a thin soup. Shepards Pie was not what was to be expected. Blue cheese dressing, just some dry crumbled blue cheese, nothing else to dress the salad. They have wonderful home made rolls.... More

The place was nice for seating but the food was nothing special. No specials - No local catch of the day which you might expect in this fishing area!

Have been twice-food is average although expensive-I'd rather eat at home!Owner is distant and uninterested-he should probably just stay home-waitstaff more involved in their own conversation than providing service-very disappointing as we need more good restaurants in this area.

We visited in April or so, had dinner, seemed a little wierd when it was not busy, to be sittting 2 feet from the bar and waiting 10 minutes for a beer when neither bar or dining was busy, we literally watched the tender(who we later learned was the owner just mill around until he finally delivered the beer. he... The food is very good as well as the service. The whole focus is the bar scene which is not pleasant for those of us wanting a nice dinner. If you want a view of the Roque River, then you must sit in the bar area, which is loud and annoying.

After driving through Gold Beach and not seeing anything that appealed to us, we stopped here out of desperation. The Bridge was completely empty at 5:00 pm, just like every other place in town, which made us hesitant to stop. No one wants to eat in an empty restaurant!! The owner was our waiter and not only did he provide... More

We haven't tried The Bridge for a regular meal, but we were extremely impressed when we joined a party of friends there for Easter Brunch. From some other reviews, it looks like the service may have its ups and downs, but on Easter everyone, including the owner, was so attentive, eager to please and warmly friendly. They set up a... We were a little hesitant to try this place based on a few reviewers comments about friendliness of staff but I will just say we were treated very well; the staff was extremely friendly and accomadating, the food was excellent and the ambiance, northwest pub-style is ver comfortable. Would recommend.

The waiter (who seemed like he may have been a manager or owner) was extremely rude. He was so unpleasant and irritable, it made the whole meal uncomfortable.
