My family and I have gone here several times. They have great fish and chips as well as yummy clam chowder that you can get in a bread bowl (I think this is the only place in town who does a bread bowl)

It was an average place to eat. I did enjoy the clamchowder. Atmisphere was not what I was looking for.

As you will learn if you travel here during the summer, the Port Hole Café does a booming business. The food is good, the crab sandwich OK (but not a Nick's, sorry). Locals eat here regularly, which should tell you a lot about the food and friendly atmosphere. We've been to the Port Hole several times...never had a meal we... More

Food was okay, but it wasn't as great as the locals all say. If you want fried greasy food, this is the place for you. Service was good and views were nice.

Gold Beach is a welcome stop off point on the long drive along the US 101. There is a full diner overlooking the river estuary at the rear, and a surprisingly good fast service cafe at the front. The cafe serves excellent coffee and wholesome and irresistible home made cakes and pastries. With friendly service, free wi-fi and ample tourist... More

They have amazing fish and chips. Everything seemed very fresh and had great flavor. The price was a bit much $100.00 for four adults and two kids but the food was good so that helped. Few things are better then getting fresh fish while your on the coast.

One of my favorite sandwhich's is a Tuna Melt. If you're like me, you know that the quality of tuna is the key. This place had the best tuna I have ever tasted! When I asked about it, I found out that it's wild caught right here(being that it is a fishing town) and they bake it in house themselves.... More

Typical harbor diner. The food was just okay; hamburgers and fries, simple salad and average seafood.

As loclals we eat here pretty often.....we think their "Tony's" Clam Chowder is one of the best.....I usually have the Clam Strips wih fries. One of our favorites here is "Anna's" Strawberry/Rhubarb homemade pies. We have had her other pies which are very good. It's just that we like or prefer the Strawberry/Rhubarb. We also prefer the winow seating as... More

We stopped in at the Port Hole Cafe for lunch while enjoying the gorgeous views along the Oregon coast in September. We were seated quickly and our server brought water and menus. We ordered steamed clams and clam chowder, which was delivered promptly, with plenty of bread, saltines and oyster crackers. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was... More
