Crab Encrusted Halibut and Caesar Salad..I dream of......lighting is perfect...like being in Pairs. Reservations a must. Don't speed on the highways around here...gentle tip.

You MUST try the Crab-encrusted Halibut with Ancho Chili Cream Sauce! Simply the best seafood dish I have ever had any where. Any only for $14 with a Caesar Salad! Osso Buco is delicious and their $5 organic burger on Monday can't be beat anywhere. Nice selection of wines and creative special drinks. Hard to get into, make reservations in... More

My husband found this little gem of a restaurant as we walked through downtown Florence. We were looking for a place for date night and were feeling less and less optimistic. When we walked in we were in for such a pleasant surprise. This quaint, homey, little restaurant offers great drinks, a nice wine list, and delicious food. The service... More

We really enjoyed this pleasant surprise. I have to say however, you really need to make reservations if you want to eat here on your meal schedule. We sat at the bar which offers full dinner menu and for us on this particular spur of the moment trip was just fine for us. I would however, like to go back... More

A friend told us about the Waterfront Depot in Florence, Oregon about two or three years ago. As we live about 500 miles away its not real easy to pop in for dinner. In Seotember 2013 we were on tge Oregon Coast and decided to try the Waterfront Depot. But we left making a reservation too late so there was... More

A picture of these 2 from long ago oversees the restaurant. I had the mushroom soup- hot and delicious with crusty bread and basil pesto. I wasn't super thrilled about the Lime Pepper Prawns but the Crab Encrusted Halibut was delicate and delicious. Server was friendly.

My wife and I did a 5000 mile road trip from Canada to Palm Springs and up the Pacific Coastal Highway. This was the best restaurant experience we had, including Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, Carmel and more. Highly recommend the Waterfront Depot

Definitely the best place in town for dinner. Like other reviewers mention, best to have a reservation. We didn't but we were able to get the last 2 seats at the bar. We really enjoyed ourselves and the food.

That being said, Hubby and I came at 4:10 pm and got a tiny table at the entrance of the restaurant on a cold and windy early evening weekday. Hardly any stores were open and the streets were empty when we parked and we thought the restaurant wouldn't be busy. We were wrong! We were the last to get in... More

Reservations required; really. We lucked out getting three seats at the bar on a Monday night: the place was otherwise packed with St. Patrick's day revelers. Friendly but busy wait staff. We looked down the list of appetizers . . . ordering oysters Madrid (in white wine, tomato, and cilantro), lime pepper prawns, not-too-spicy Thai battered green beans, and wonderful... More
