My wife and I have eaten here a number of times over the years but finally I am writing a review. We love to sit on the deck or inside at booths that have a view of the water and the beautiful art deco bridge. We have always had satisfying meals with good to great service. Last week was no... More

It gave us what we were after: a decent lunch, with outdoor seating, and respectable service, for a fair price. Mission accomplished.

Enjoyed a small and large Clam Chowder w/beer bread for lunch (large is the best value). Good enough to go back for dinner. Wife brought 1/2 the Shrimp Scampi home for lunch today. I ate all the daily Special: Seafood Stuffed Enchiladas (nice green sauce) w/ rice & beans. Her Strawberry Margarita was huge and my pint of Deschutes Black... More

The prime rib dinner was good, the server was attentive, the view was nice, there is a full bar and live music. All of this in Old Town which has been lovingly restored. They also have what is reported to be the best Mexican food in town, but we haven't tried that yet.

When you see the prices and what you get on the plate you feel that only a small portion of the money goes on the ingredients and the cooking. Some people here say how good the food is but I found it nothing more than a low average. Personally I didn't see anything that would encourage a return visit, and... More

We had lunch again at the Traveler's Cove yesterday. We go there mostly for the view of the River and the outside dining. The food is good, nothing spectacular. I had a chicken Espresso Burrito and my husband had halibut fish and chips. Interesting, he requested cocktail sauce in lieu of tarter and was charged additional which seems a bit... More

We eat breakfast here when the mornings are nice so we can sit on the outside deck on the bay. It has a full bar... So Bloody Mary is usually my choice.. We go to florence as a getaway.... I get the ham steak breakfast. Comes with two eggs, delicious hash browns and toast. Like 8$. My fiancé always gets... More

My husband & I ate here for breakfast once; my scrambled eggs were hard & tasted horrible. The only thing edible was the piece of toast. The service was very poor and, obviously, the cook didn't care about the quality of his food. Outside on their deck, it's a nice place to have a drink, but just don't eat the... More

On most Sunday evenings, you can catch various local bands, who sometimes mix players and bring in new talent. The music starts at 6 pm, so you need to get there just after 5 if you want to sit anywhere in the bar area near the band. The food is mostly Mexican style and is decent. The service is always...
