Definitely the best...

By far the best ramen I've had since I left Okinawa. The gyoza, although falling apart, was very good; I could've eaten the whole order myself. I had the shoyu butter ramen with wakame, it was everything I wanted it to be. The corn threw me off a bit. I also got to try the shio corn nin-niku; it... read more

I haven't had much authentic ramen to gauge by, but this place was pretty tasty. A bit salty, but very good all the same.

Last night my girlfriend and I wanted to try eating somewhere we haven't before, I mentioned that I have always wanted to go to Toshi's Ramen. The guy working at the counter (can't recall his name) was extremely nice; we said that we have never been there before, and he walked us through the menu explaining everything very thoroughly. We... Toshi's is one of my favorites. It is a small place near the university frequented by many of the Asian students from U of O. I love sitting at the end of the counter and watching the cooks prepare the meals, it is quite a show. There are just 2 of them but they really put out the food in... More

We love the noodle soup that comes in dozens of varieties. Skilled, energetic and creative staff and a comfortable, casual environment make Toshi's a sure hit for a quick meal noon or night, inside or outside. Count on rich broths, quality additions and being treated right at a very low cost here. Easy parking and easy bike access too. The... More

Toshi's Ramen is the kind of food you want to eat on any day but it is especially welcome on a cold, rainy Oregon day. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but always well worth the wait. The ramen is fresh with tons of options. Only downside is that there is limited seating.

Solid hot ramen- great combinations, a value meal. The downside is limited seating at dinner rush hour.

Regular stop for us on I-5 corridor. Ramen is getting more popular so comparisons outside Eugene makes Toshi good on their ramen. The gyoza is great. The chahan is not memorable. No truth to this being a cash only place.

Enjoy a bowl of traditional ramen. The restaurant is just one level above fast food. The food doesn't not compare to Japan, however it is fast and convenient.

We decided to try Toshi's Ramen after reading about it on Trip Advisor. Fresh daily handmade noodles sounded very tempting. After we placed our order we noticed a statement on their menu board admitting use of monosodium glutamate (MSG) in their dishes. Since I am sensitive to MSG I decided to pick out the noodles and other components - single... More
