Regular stop for us on I-5 corridor. Ramen is getting more popular so comparisons outside Eugene makes Toshi good on their ramen. The gyoza is great. The chahan is not memorable. No truth to this being a cash only place.

Enjoy a bowl of traditional ramen. The restaurant is just one level above fast food. The food doesn't not compare to Japan, however it is fast and convenient.

We decided to try Toshi's Ramen after reading about it on Trip Advisor. Fresh daily handmade noodles sounded very tempting. After we placed our order we noticed a statement on their menu board admitting use of monosodium glutamate (MSG) in their dishes. Since I am sensitive to MSG I decided to pick out the noodles and other components - single... More

I love this place - best ramen in Eugene. Sometimes a long wait to get your food though. I always get the miso based ramen.

We stopped for lunch while visiting from out of town. I couldn't believe how busy the place was. I had a veggie stir fry and my husband had one of the ramen dishes. We shared the gyoza. It was all very tasty and inexpensive. Very diverse crowd made it that much more fun.

I have eaten here two or three times, and really liked the shoyu ramen. tried to go back today, and was told they only take cash ( I had known this but forgot.) went to ATM and got cash. came back within 5 minutes and was told by a counter clerk with an attitude that they were all out of... More

Came here based on TripAdvisor, this place was busy at 2pm, but they are fast and efficient. This is a great U of O campus option, a large amount of food for a modest price. Broth was flavorful, pork was tasty, fresh sweet corn and crunchy bean sprouts completed the scene for me. recommended.

We recently had lunch at Toshi's Ramen in Eugene & were very disappointed. The ramen noodles were very good but my bowl was way too salty. My husband had teriyaki which was also too salty. I would not recommend eating there.

We went there and expected some nice ramen. The place seemed pretty dirty. The waitress was nice, but the food then was just bad.

This home-made ramen is always delicious, always healthful, always filling. On a cold day, it's Nirvana. If you're fighting a cold, it will cure! If you have out-of-town guests, they will be impressed. (even my Food Snob cousin from Manhattan was in heaven and asked to come back, next time he came to visit again)
