I love this place - best ramen in Eugene. Sometimes a long wait to get your food though. I always get the miso based ramen.

We stopped for lunch while visiting from out of town. I couldn't believe how busy the place was. I had a veggie stir fry and my husband had one of the ramen dishes. We shared the gyoza. It was all very tasty and inexpensive. Very diverse crowd made it that much more fun.

I have eaten here two or three times, and really liked the shoyu ramen. tried to go back today, and was told they only take cash ( I had known this but forgot.) went to ATM and got cash. came back within 5 minutes and was told by a counter clerk with an attitude that they were all out of... More

Came here based on TripAdvisor, this place was busy at 2pm, but they are fast and efficient. This is a great U of O campus option, a large amount of food for a modest price. Broth was flavorful, pork was tasty, fresh sweet corn and crunchy bean sprouts completed the scene for me. recommended.

We recently had lunch at Toshi's Ramen in Eugene & were very disappointed. The ramen noodles were very good but my bowl was way too salty. My husband had teriyaki which was also too salty. I would not recommend eating there.

We went there and expected some nice ramen. The place seemed pretty dirty. The waitress was nice, but the food then was just bad.

This home-made ramen is always delicious, always healthful, always filling. On a cold day, it's Nirvana. If you're fighting a cold, it will cure! If you have out-of-town guests, they will be impressed. (even my Food Snob cousin from Manhattan was in heaven and asked to come back, next time he came to visit again)

Toshi's has a great assortment of ramen; the noodles are perfect as can be verified by the amazing number of Japanese students and residents that always are in abundance. Other dishes (gyoza; cha-han; teriyaki chicken) also are very good. Since all dishes are prepared when ordered, do not expect immediate gratification; however, do expect an authentic, satisfying, and addictive experience.

One of my favorite restaurants in Oregon. But if you ever traveled to Japan you know that it doesn't take 45 minuets to make ramen. Last week we were in Japan and went to at least 5 ramen places. For fun we timed the wait time. On average we waited 3 to 4 minuets. Tohi'sa great place to eat! If... More

Toshi's has great food, but I always leave there with burning eyes, coughing and stinking of grease! Because of this, I really rarely eat there! I just can't handle their lack of ventilation!
