Poppi's has been around in one form or another for a long time. It always has had, and continues to have , totally delicious meals. I recently stopped in for Egyptian style moussaka . The Egyptian style is more of a stew over rice than the Greek casserole that I am used to, but it was excellent, spiced just right... More

I have been coming here for what, 20 years or so? Never disappointed. Unbelievably consistent in service and food quality. When we have out of town guests, we go here. When guests at our B and B want dinner recommendations, we send them here. When we don't want to cook or want to meet friends for dinner, we go here.... More

Poppy's features the tastes of a swath of lands and cultures from Greece to India and does an excellent job of it, based on my wide travels. This is the place to go if you want something different you otherwise won't find easily in Eugene. It's small and fills up fast, though a few outdoor tables expand seating in good... More

I like unassuming places with delicious and consistent food. Poppi's fits the bill for this hometown gal. My husband and I come here often for lunch and the specials are usually interesting. Different sorts of curries, stews, etc. The Greek food is standard fare and well prepared: Gyros, moussaka, spanakopita, Greek salads and the bread they serve with it are... More

Great food at a very good price. Found it on Trip Advisor. Close to our hotel. Looked like lots of locals eat here - many people coming to pick up take out orders.

Ate lunch on a Saturday football gameday. Was a little surprised that it wasn't busier, but we got there right after it opened a two other couples came in after us. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We went to Poppi’s because my wife was in the mood for a Greek style dinner. She had the gyro plate, which came with a salad. It seems like normally the salad has more cucumber and tomatoes, which this did, but also had a lot of onion which doesn’t set well with her stomach. She did really enjoy the gyro... More

I am not sure if the Indian food here can be worse that it was..... Chicken curry came as a whole chicken..... My salad came on the smallest plate ever and was of a very poor quality. Rise was ok, but don't think that would add up for everything else that was wrong..

Disclosure: we went for dinner on Valentine's Day without a reservation. The restaurant was very popular, and crowded, and we had to wait about 20 minutes at 8 pm. The lucky part was that we were seated at a WONDERFUL table in the front window, which was much quieter, cooler, and scenic than if we'd been seated in the rear... More

I first noticed this restaurant while driving past it. It has a simple but inviting store front. This place serves both Greek and Indian cuisine. I am more of a fan of Greek food but my Brother-in-Law who travels to India every year said that the Indian food was very authentic and delicious. I love to order the Saganaki (Greek... More
