My wife and I had a most enjoyable evening here. We started by sharing a Baby Trio - a really excellent dish that made us almost cancel our entree in favor of two more orders. I had one of the dishes from the specials menu, Curry Shrimp. and it was delicious. My wife had Lamb Mediterranean and found it most... More

I don't like to give negative reviews but I think when travelers like us need to find a restaurant on the road they deserve an unbiased opinion. The people in the restaurant are charming. We intended to go to newmans, what is it with a restaurant in college town that shuts at 7pm on a Friday night. So the cafe... More

This restaurant is small, maybe 12 tables, situated very close together. However, the food and the service are excellent. Four of us had dinner on a Sunday night. It wasn't very busy so it was quiet and relaxing. My husband had the Steak Diane. The filet mignon was the best I have ever tasted. I wished I had more than... More

We were at LAX waiting for our flight to Eugene, and browsed Tripadvisor for a new restaurant to try. We "found" two restaurants, including Cafe Soriah. We made a 6 pm reservation, which we thought was early, yet nearly every table was taken. The chef was cooking Steak Diane at tableside. The waiter suggested a calamari appetizer (which I don't... One of the guys I work with lives close by and recommended this place. Great choice. I got the curry lamb with vegetables. They asked on a scale of 1-10 how hot I wanted it came out at a perfect 7 - spicy, but not too hot. Flavor was great. The bread and calamari appetizers were possibly even better and... More

We were in town dropping off our daughter at UO and thought a night out for a good steak would be nice. After searching trip advisor, I came across Cafe Soriah. Couldn't get a reservation since it was already evening, but the hostess said come on by and we'll see what we can do. Ended up having a great short... More

The owner / chef's menu gets better w time. Service was excellent! I grew up on mom n pop Lebanese food in central Illinois,,,,seems more like McDonalds compared to all Soriah's offerings. Must have: his calamari :) all entrees are amazing!

The food was delicious, presentation was nice, and service was very good. Our meal was prepared fresh by Ibrahim, including the bananas foster he made us for desert. I had waited several years to travel here to meet him and eat here, and it was NOT disappointing!
