A Must-Do if you're in the area!

This spot is outrageously gorgeous! Stunningly beautiful. The wine varies, but you're almost certain to find something you enjoy. The restaurant is truly one of the best in the region. Sit near a fireplace - I've never had anything here that wasn't excellent. Your really can't go wrong!

This place is gorgeous, and I love to bring visitors for this reason. I cannot speak to the food as I am vegan, and there really weren't any options that made me want to eat here. The wines are merely mediocre when compared to the numerous other Oregon wines. This would not be on the top of my list of... More

The food was so reasonably priced, we expected "small plate" portions. Hardly! What a delight! Every bite paired with our lovely wines were savored. Delicious. The oysters paired with the Pinot Gris were heavenly!!! Wow! Service was friendly and professional. Wines were just divine.

Everything about King Estates Winery is worth the visit. The view and the atmosphere are unique and a must do. The food is prepared with excellence and the service impeccable. If weather is permitting, I highly recommend sitting outside. Take your time and order a starter and a desert! We also did the wine tasting and it was very enjoyable.... More

This is a winery you don't want to miss when traveling in the Southern Willamette Valley. They make some of the best Pinot Noirs and Pinot Gris around and a tour of the wine making process is very interesting indeed. The food is also wonderful with a focus on locally and sustainably produced meats and produce. The chef (at least... More

We are becoming empty nesters and now enjoy our weekends to reconnect and find joy in romantic date nights. After a excellent flight of wine tasting we sat in a front corner table with a sunny view of vineyard. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful bottle of 2011 Backbone Pinot Noir. Started out with cheese plate... More

Ever notice how food “tastes” better in a pleasant setting? This restaurant can make Spam taste like prosciutto. You’re on top of a mountain overlooking a sprawling vineyard bracketed by green pastures as far as the eye can see. The restaurant building looks like a cross between a monastery and South Fork. With all this going for it, the food... More

OMG. This was my introduction to Oregon. We drove up the long driveway looking at the vineyards surrounding us. Walked into the windowed estate with fireplaces glowing. Greeted by a charming staff. Was seated at a table with a wonderful view. Serving staff well versed on their wine and food selection. Their cheeses and smoked meats were delightful. A wonderful... More

We had always wanted to visit Kings Estate, so on our Anniversary we headed down there for wine tasting and a late lunch. First off the wine is dynamite. Most wine tastings I find that like about 50% of the wine. I don't think their was one we didn't like. We had a cheese plate and it was really good,... More

It is a perfect place to visit and sit on the outside deck with an incredible view of what looks like Tuscany. The vineyard and surrounding countryside is breathtaking and they have a great variety of food on lunch menu. The service is impeccable. The Dinner is more intimate on the inside, cosy with a warm fire and great food and... More
