We frequently go here before the symphony. Enjoy a beer, a good wine or even a sampler of five beers. Potato crusted halibut is my favorite.
Unlike so many places they typically have halibut for their fish and chips which has a much better texture then cod. They also have a great selection of brews and cocktails. Have watched a duck game or two there.
Comfortable, even a little plush. Food is nicely prepared and along the lines of good pub food but nothing that is a don't miss gourmet treat. We went there after the Tennessee -Oregon game in September. The game sucked but the dinner was great. Service was very good as well as the food. Atmosphere was really good w/lots of Big screen TV's . Good place to be following a game.

Ordered the calamari appetizer which was lukewarm, floppy and funky. Sent it back to see if they could crisp it up a bit and it returned not much better. Ordered the... More
Stopped by for lunch, waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the server. She came back about ten minutes later, took our order, we finally got our food over an hour later. There were only five of us and we didn't order anything special or different, just simple sandwiches and a salad from the menu. The table next to... More
