We got a fish taco without the fish but plenty of lettuce and a burger that had all the juice just squeezed out of it like a sponge. We told the waitperson, who clearly could not have cared less.

It has a great menu and the food has always been excellent. The service is very punctual. I no longer drink but my friends say their beer is very good with many choices. It is a bit noisey, so you have to speak up and listen. By we eat there reasonably often.

A good pub atmosphere. Waiters extremely pleasant and cheery - often students. Menu choices great for a pub and although not fancy, are reliably well prepared. We visit it often and always enjoy it.

Interesting environment, good food/drinks, loud. If conversation is important, good hearing is mandatory.

The eponymous fish was not on the menu. I ordered Halibut fish and chips with a side of cole slaw and a flight of eight house brews. The fish tasted like it was caught that morning, and everything else was wonderful. The batter was so light, it felt like I was eating a healthy meal, although I probably was not.... More

I had the sampler of the 4oz beers. You get 6 for $8.50. It was very good! I did have chicken strips with it. The chicken w/ bbq sauce tasted better with the red, & stout. The fries were small, could have been better if it was a thicker steak fry with seasonings, that way the hef, and the other... More

Always enjoy the pasta dishes and the root beer floats are excellent. Always busy but had no trouble finding a seat. Good value for the $$$.

We frequently go here before the symphony. Enjoy a beer, a good wine or even a sampler of five beers. Potato crusted halibut is my favorite.

Relaxed atmosphere, casual dining. Food is average. A little disappointed that a burger no longer includes a side (fries, salad, slaw). Always very fast and friendly service.

Unlike so many places they typically have halibut for their fish and chips which has a much better texture then cod. They also have a great selection of brews and cocktails. Have watched a duck game or two there.
