Convenient late night hours at reasonable prices

We were looking for a place to have dinner after arriving at our hotel after 9. They recommended the Wild Duck Cafe as most other, more upscale eateries were nearing closing time. This is a fun place to visit for families and it won't bankrupt you either. If you are hungry and looking for casual... read more

Breakfast salmon and eggs is a favorite dish; all of their salads are fantastic and they have vegan and meat dishes. Great bar and friendly staff and service.

I enjoy stopping by Wild Duck on my frequent visits to Eugene. Fun atmosphere and some really nice cocktails, such as the Cowboy Kid. Nice appetizers. If it's warm, you can sit outside and enjoy the sun . A favorite for me.

Service was quick and attentive. We sat in the bar area on Easter Sunday afternoon for lunch and a few drinks. The food was very good - reuban and salad, and pesto chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Excellent food. Served hot, served quickly, good portion size, good price.

We had a great burger but the chicken pasta was very salty and caused upset stomach, and diarrhoea for one of us. Ambience and service was good, shame food was tainted.

We went to the Wild Duck before a basketball game about a month ago and had a wonderful breakfast and great time. Just visited Eugene again and went back Wednesday morning and, once again, had breakfast. All four of us were laughing about the size of the breakfast portions and wondered what the heck had happened. The ham with breakfast... More

Fun place to watch the Super Bowl and they have a drink called the Devil and the Duck. It involves pinapple and jalapeno infused vodka. Yummm!

My experience with sports bars is that it's all about the game and the beer. Food is incidental. This proved to be true. It was close to our hotel, the Holiday Inn Express, and they were open late night, and not crowded. We had good service. And, had we selected something more substantial than quick appetizers, I might have been... More
