One of my favorite local restaurants. It can be crowded so plan ahead. Drinks are great, atmosphere is sophisticated casual (summer on the patio is my favorite), and of course the food is very good. Some of the best things they offer are seasonal (my wife looks forward to the pumpkin curry for most of the year)

The only problem this place has is that its too small:) Inspired cocktails, freshest ingredients, energetic service, priced reasonably. This is a must stop when in Eugene. Order the rangoon gimlet to start😊

What a delightful restaurant! Impeccable service, table setting, greeting and the food from all the starters we ordered to every large plate we ordered was well presented, very tasty and done to perfection. Perfect atmosphere, good wine and even the owner was gracious when going around the tables and greeting everyone. A great place for dinner anytime or for a... More

Great Thai food for lunch or dinner. If you want to eat at the restaurant I would recommend making reservations no matter what day of the week as they are always busy. We order take out from here quite often since we love it so much. We tend to order the Vietnamese wings, Pad Thai, & Tom Kah soup.

We had visitors from Wisconsin and Nevada, one in the party is of Middle Eastern heritage, so he eats a lot of ethnic foods. He said this was one of the best dinners (Yellow Curry w/chicken) he has ever had! I had the Pad Him Ma Parn stir fry w/chicken (basically a cashew chicken), also outstanding! Others had shrimp stir... More

Sabai is so good! I find myself craving the flavor combos of dishes I've had. My husband also really enjoys it. I would definitely recommend making a reservation (we've only gone on weekend nights and it is packed). The prices are also fitting and not overpriced.

Thai food is challenging to prepare well, with delicate sauces, spices, vegetable ingredients mixed in just the right combination. Having eaten in Thai restaurants from Thailand to San Francisco, Sabai in Eugene is a gem, a diamond in the rough! The owners are a special couple who warmly welcome you; the service is impeccable, the food from the Crying Tiger... More
