Food is good

The food was good but the atmosphere at the restaurant was so so. We ended up getting our food to go. The food was standard Hawaiian plate food and it was good.

We have been using Hawaiian Time as our go to fast food. So much better than deep fried everything! Plenty of rice so if you get the regular size (3 sizes Dakine, Regular,Alii) we like to sub the Mac or scoop of rice for grilled veggies it does cost but healthier choice. The hula hula chicken is pre cooked and... More

I know what some people rate where they eat by the amount of food you get. For me it is the quality of the food, not the volume. Too much rice and too many carbs for me.

My husband is from Hawaii so we like to make our once a week stop at Hawaiian time. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, even though we usually take our food home. The prices are decent and the food is comparable to a real Hawaiian Style Plate Lunch. Highly recommended!

I've had numerous opportunities to eat at Hawaiian time on West 11th in Eugene, OR. While it's not quite Sunday barbq on the beach at Punaluu it's not bad for a restaraunt in Eugene. Portions are generous and the mac salad is quite good. They offer a good choice of condiments and their take out boxes are all fully recyclable.... More

The service was quick, however rice is cheap and their dishes are very expensive. The meat is pretty thin and fatty, but they use enough sauce to make it taste good.

I always get my food to go so I can eat it at home with my sweetie. The Huli Huli chicken is my favorite and always get the larger portion so we can share. also their macaroni salad is pretty good. Price is average and taste is awesome. very friendly staff and good environment.

I don't use much salt when I cook so the food here attacked my taste buds. I even tried the place more than once and it was always the same. I won't be going back.

Love the pulled pork and the Mona Loa Chicken. The macaroni salad is also really good! Don't miss this place. tip buy the biggest portion and save half of it for a meal later.
