Met an ex-boyfriend who I hadn't seen for several years. He was visiting from southern California. We had a fantastic breakfast. Bacon and eggs were yummy and I got to have gluten free pancakes with them What a treat. We had fresh squeezed orange juice too! Our waitress was the best. She took such great care of us. I can't... The Original Pancake House was great. The service was quick and the food was great. The parking choices were slim. Upon arrival I was lucky to get a parking spit right as someone was leaving. I will be returning soon!

Terrible service, it took 10 min to get water after another 10 or so min the waitress came over, started taking our order and said "their calling me" and walked away served others, took orders and just as we were discussing walking out, she came back and took the rest of out order. Waited an additional 30 min for our... More

Pretty standard breakfast place, with lots of pancakes and waffles. Stopped here on the way South with my wife and granddaughter. We had great service from Marilyn and the food was good too. We will go here again when in Eugene.

"Pancake shop - meh" was my first thought. Plus it looked sort of ordinary. But the kids, who are local, insisted. It was amazing! These weren't pancakes, they were little clouds of heaven. We all had different breakfasts and avidly shared tastes. (My pineapple pancakes - yum! A small order = 3 decent-sized pancakes, plenty.) The OJ is truly fresh-squeezed... More

We waited for one hour because it was super busy with volleyball tournament but it was worth the wait. Pancake was huge and rich in flavor and calories. It was better than other OPH in WA. Service was very good and friendly.

I've been to most breakfast spots in town and this is by far the best one. The food is always good the staff is super friendly. The building was remodeled a few years ago so it's a very clean atmosphere. I've had almost everything on the menu and the coconut waffles with fresh fruit is the best!

Our friends and I had breakfast here while traveling. The wait was reasonable for a party of 10 and the staff was very pleasant and kept us informed as to the wait. The place has many selections for breakfast and based on the variety ordered they seem to do well with all. I had the ham and cheese omelet. It... More

Their specialty pancakes are awesome but besides being HUGE (and I'm not a little guy), having all that sugar and those carbs without protein can through just about anyone's glycemic index out of whack. The only for getting some protein is to purchase eggs and/or meat ala carte. That can get very, very pricy. How about offering a special breakfast... More

First time I went to an OPH was in Colorado. Lived in Oregon 23 years and had never been. Came to Eugene for the weekend and had to go to the original.
