It took a bit to figure out how to order (you get a tab at the bar and then order via smart phone from your table), but once we figured that out, it was so much fun. It's kid friendly and we were able to taste a variety of beers and peruse the bottle selection. There are also a good... More

When you first walk into the Bier Stein your gaze immediately takes you to the immense selection of beers from around the world. Make your selection, sit down at the bar & your experience begins. The food was most excellent too...

With over 700 varieties of beer to choose from, your could have 1 per day here every day for almost 2 years with a new flavor every time. The food was very good too. Parking is good. The service was ok. But it was kinda busy. There is lots of room and you can definitely tell that this place is... More

This place was very cool and unique if you love craft beer. Several selections on tap, but the really cool thing was the wall full of beer coolers. Hundreds of different types of beer, and you can get a discount if you are just buying them to go. The bad: I thought the selections of draft beer were only okay,... More

You walk into this place and it hits you all at once: huge, open barn of a place, enormous, rectangular bar in the middle, a wall of beer coolers on the left. The beer is the feature here, with a couple dozen plus drafts and literally hundreds of different bottled beers to chose from. I could become a regular at... More

Lots and lots of beer choices from bottles in their long wall of coolers. If you buy a bottle to go (not to drink there), there's a discount. What's on tap offered less selection and less local stuff than we found elsewhere in Eugene -- good enough for a lunch stop but not a local beer destination. Our lunch was... More

Sandwich-type fare with a good selection of salads. But the real selection is beer. And there's a lot of it, too! First visit to the establishment and, if I lived in Eugene, I would come back.

This is the place to find your next favorite beer. They have a whole wall of beers to choose from. I've ask any of the employees but it must be at least 100 different beers. They are separated by country of origin and there's so many good beers to choose from. Also they have a few beers on tap, pretty... More

Read about this place online and decided to try it out. The hubby and I loved it!! Tried a few different beers on tap and they were fantastic! Although we didn't try the food, we were in the minority and everyone we saw was chowing down. Staff was super nice and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The... More
