Homemade dinners

This is more of a family-run bar than a "pub". I sat down at the bar with some locals to watch a U.S. Women's World Cup soccer match. When I asked about dinner the owner pointed me to the writing on a blackboard behind. I chose the enchiladas from 5 or 6 offerings. Everything was fresh, from the... read more

I come through Enterprise on my way back to Portland after visiting family north of Enterprise. It's become my habit to stop in at Lear's usually for breakfast. I have found the town folk who eat here just as wonderfully personable as the owners. The food is delicious and meets my budgetary limitations. It's one of those places that helps... More

Good food, good friends, great place to eat and share an experience with family and friends, home town feeling with great service. Enterprise, Oregon is a great place to visit nestled between the Wallow Mountains and the Cascade range not too far. The weather is a little unpredictable but overall Enterprise has many activities for both Summer and Winter, and... More

Great breakfast and friendly owner. Physical appearance of the restaurant was in poor condition. Had done some upgrading but needed a good cleaning and organization. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. Needed another server. Two couples walked out waiting to be served.

Do not be fooled by the unique appearance of Lear's interior - the food was delicious and very fresh. My husband had the New York Strip Steak and Shrimp and I had the vegetable linguine and shared his steak (12 oz). The veggies were fresh and delicious, the pasta was perfectly cooked and the light butter and white wine sauce... More

We were lucky enough to be there when a concert was being given in front that was very entertaining. Lear's is the only hard liquor bar in enterprise. The liquor store is directly across the street and the motel Ponderosa (sp) one block away. Drinks were fairly priced and this was the only place that had diet tonic to go... More

This place has wonderful food and friendly service. For the last few years they have been catering a campout I hold out at the Log House RV Park and they did an excellent job of feeding a group of hungry motorcyclists. We also go in for breakfast in large groups and are taken care of with a smile and a... More

Very good food and reasonably priced. Service was good too. Didn't have to wait to long to order or get our orders. Appetizers were fun as they were a mystery selection by the chef. Very good and almost a meal in itself. Mom & pop doing a great job. Menu is varied and lots of daily specials. Definitely eat here... More

On my quest to try burgers where ever I go in the U.S., it is always a treat to find a great one. I tried their 'Bodacious Bacon Cheese Burger' - 10 oz ground sirloin grilled with great seasonings and flavoring. It simply was one if the best I've ever had. I was going to pass on the fries and...
