A lot more than a cafe

This place has outstanding food with healthy home made ingredients. I first thought this was a bakery. We went inside and found not only a small bakery, but an awesome restaurant for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. I forgot what is was called, but I had the best rueben sandwich I have ever... read more

We drove up to Elkton from Coquille for the Friday night special, which was prime rib last night. Another delicious meal! The service is always friendly and upbeat, and the food divine. It's well worth the 85 mile drive!

I have been to this restaurant both for breakfasts and lunches over the years and just returned for breakfast this morning. I had Marty's Omelet--Italian sausage with vegetables. The portion was quite large and though I shouldn't have, i finished the whole thing. It was delicious. It had potatoes on the side and I ordered sour dough toast (choices included... More

Pastries, wine, cheeses, delicious pancakes, wood-fired pizzas, organic and excellent! I wish i lived closer to this restaurant! The service at Tomaselli's was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere welcoming and upbeat. It was refreshing after a bad experience at a hotel. Great Job!!

You have to stop here. The lunch fare is above far above average. The food Is simple the wait longer than most will appreciate. Fresh and for the money it is the stop from the coast to I5. Such a little touch of what America and small towns should be. The food is excellent. With the Umpqua river so close... More

We had read about this café on TA and decided to stop here and check it out on our return trip from the coast to Eugene. It was wonderful! (The front page of the menu tells you about the place and their food and prep styles. One of them that impressed me was “We don’t own a fryer. Our French... More

First off, remember that Elkton is a town of about 200 people so realize that no restaurant is going to have lots of everything on the menu available at all times and they're not going to be open all day or every day. The food is good, it's fresh and local and the people are very nice. Also there is... More

A must stop! Everything is organic and locally sourced, mouth watering French toast, even my son liked the eggs. Best biscuits and gravy I've had the pleasure of experiencing. My wife chose to eat a veggie omelet and I was completely taken off guard by the ability of the chef to make veggies flavorful. This will be a must stop... More
