Fancy but reasonably priced

We had reservations for a group of 10 on a Saturday evening for a birthday dinner. We had several appetizers (oysters, bread/salted butter, the hummus & flatbread, and cheese platters) to share, plus meals. The Man Friend and I opted for fish & chips with truffle butter french fries (I am still... read more

We've been coming here for years for both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. I think "casual elegance" is a fitting description. Want a special treat? On a sunny day have lunch in the courtyard at a table with white table clothes under an umbrella. The kitchen tastefully incorporates local ingredients--many from their own raised beds. And the... Some of the worst service ever! Did not ask to refill water or anything else. No bread or crackers offered with cheese because "it costs their restaurant too much due to all of the gluten free demands". $18 for 6 crappy oysters not even separated from the shell. Fish and chips was mostly all breading. Will never return or recommend... More

We ate lunch at the bistro twice on our previous trip to the area, and we have been here three days in a row this trip. It is a great place for lunch before heading out to the local wineries in the afternoon. The pizzas are thin crust, light, and tasty. If you are hungry, then you could probably eat... More

This little gem is a consistently good place to eat for lunch or dinner, with local wines to accompany an ever-changing, seasonal menu. We love the white tablecloths inside, and the summery atmosphere on the patio during warmer weather. What's not to like? I can't think of anything!

On a cold, windy, rainy day we had lunch at the Dundee Bistro. Brightly lit with a fireplace blazing and wine bottles everyplace you look, certainly took our minds off the miserable outdoors. Even though it has a open kitchen and is a smallish place, the noise level was low enough we could have a conversation in a normal voice.... More

Food, service and wine list were top notch. Highly recommend if you are in the Dundee/Newberg area. Served some of the most delicious oysters on the half shell that I have eaten in years.

The winery, where I work, enjoyed a holiday dinner last night at Dundee Bistro. My first time there and everything was great. We were located in a private room with a toasty fireplace and unaware of any other guests as it was nicely separated. We had a limited menu to handle our group of twenty. Soup or salad, three entrees... More

I have had lunch here twice now and have been really impressed both times. The food really is excellent. Good quality local ingredients, creative menu, enormous wine list. The service was on point and I thought the prices were great for the quality of food served. I would highly recommend as a wine tasting day lunch. I would love to... More

The service at this restaurant was very friendly, informative and efficient. I got the puttanesca which was very good. The artisanal bread was great as well. I would definitely come back again and try something else on it's varied menu. I was a little rushed for time and the staff were again so accommodating.
