When I read the review that said the Spouting Horn had a surly staff and bad food, I wondered if I was reading about the same restaurant. My wife and I and our grown kids have made a point of stopping there whenever we go to the coast and have never found the staff and owners to be anything but... More

Sits on the side of a hill with windows overlooking 'The World's Smallest Harbor' in Depoe bay. Sandwiches are substantial, great pies, and my fav place for breakfast! Casual, inexpensive.

worst clam chowder ever, tasted like white sauce with potatoes and no flavor. Seniors can also order off the children's menu which is a smaller amount of food at a smaller cost if you like peanut butter and jelly or a toasted cheese sandwich. The Chili is very spicy so be ware when ordering it.

I wish I was being sarcastic. Seriously, do NOT eat here! It is a nice location and has an appealing atmosphere, but the food, service, and owner are a dreadful blight in an otherwise quaint little town. My family stopped in to sample the Thursday night buffet and it was terrible and way, way overpriced. The mac & cheese was... More

Good hamburgers. We always go here on Memorial Weekend and get good service despite the fact that it is busy. Love the view of the bay and the seagulls perched right outside the window. Great place for the whole family.

Best pie crust ever. The owner makes the fresh pies every day and will not sell day old pie. Fantastic!!! Food is decent, but the pies are outstanding. Service was hometown friendly, even for us tourists. Atmosphere is dated, but with pie like that, who cares. Watching the boats come in and the seals in the bay added to the... More

Never had a bad meal, and always loved the crab, oysters, and her pie! Just a good ole place with incredible views over the harbor. Often we see seals, and all the sights of fishing boats coming and going. This place is a real treat. I'd rate it 5 stars, but some people might think that was too much as... More
