Have ate here for over 30 years. Must have a slice of homemade pie if you go. They are made on site and are the best.

Never again will go here, went b/c it is famous - but lackluster service by an older waitress who just didn't seem to care, flies buzzing around us, and a plate of eggs that looked like I did them at home --- poopie for a traveller who wanted a by the bay experience of a sea town!

No other restaurant could (or would) accommodate our gigantic party (20+) for dinner and dessert. Most ordered clam chowder because, for some reason, a seafood restaurant would be OUT OF SHRIMP. seriously? It was Saturday at 3:30 PM in the middle of summer. Oh, and their bathroom was apparently out of order. So we had to go across the street... More

I had eaten here many times when I was in high school in the 80s and it was wonderful. Since then, however, we have attempted this place no less than 10 times, and things have just gone downhill! The first time we had a problem I had gotten a big bowl of clam chowder here and promptly went into anaphalatic... More

Did not get to eat here on my trip. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Have eaten here since the 1980's. The restaurant sits above the world's smallest natural harbor. Wonderful food with great views. Their fresh salmon, halibut and cod are to die for. Used to offer homemade pies made by the owner. Pies that one never finds... More

Buffet is on Saturday only now. The fish is good and a few other dishes, but overall the food is fairly bland. Restaurant used to be better, but it is not up to par as it once was.

Had dinner tonight in this great restaurant and discovered that I was sitting right above where part of the movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest was filmed. The view of Depoe Bay Harbor is wonderful as well as we're the fish and chips and hamburgers that we ate. Best of all were the homemade and freshly baked pies that... More

Four of us on an Oregon coast vacation were looking for a place to eat, and we were desperate (and hungry). Reviews for places in Depoe Bay didn't turn us on, but a local recommended the Spouting Horn. So we gave it a try. Sitting by the window overlooking the bay was a plus, and the food turned out nicely.... More

Everytime I stop to eat in Depoe Bay, I visit the Spouting Horn. Friendly atmosphere, good food, good drink! I do miss my favorite waitress Terry, but know that she will probably be back when business picks up in the summer. Recommend to singles, couples and families alike!

I so enjoyed lunch at this quaint restaurant. The location by the bay affords some great vies of boats traveling in and out of the harbor, fishermen cleaning the catch of the day, and the adorable seals! The music playing (instrumental melodies of Elvis tunes) was relaxing and fun to sing to. Loved the scrumptious oyster sandwich and wonderful rhubarb... More
