We ended up here after not getting in to the very popular Block 15 brewery, and we loved it for brunch or lunch. I had a yummy soup and salad, while the husband had biscuits and eggs. We both enjoyed breakfast drinks. Service was a little understaffed, but worth the wait.

In my search for the best grass-fed burger in Corvallis, I tried les Caves. While it was okay, it wasn't great. A bit overcooked for med-rare. The service is okay and it really is a pretty good place to go. I know - not the most helpful review ever, but it's what I got. ;-) If you're drinking (which I... More

We stopped in for a late breakfast. My wife had a salad, beautiful tasty greens, she loved it. I on the other hand had eggs Benedict, it was awesome, thick locally sourced ham, perfectly cooked eggs, and the hollandaise was clean the plate delicious. Which is what I did with part of the freshly baked ale roll that accompanied my... More

Many great beers to choose from on tap, in the bottle and even to go. Food is good too, but I can only speak for the smaller protioned late night choices. The service is friendly, allbeit a little slow. Next door is Block 15 and these places are similar with Les Caves being the little fancier of the two. More... More

Following a basketball game at Gill Coliseum (a narrow defeat of my MSU Bulldogs by the home team), my wife and I picked Les caves for an early dinner before our drive back to Portland. It was a Saturday, although it was the day after finals at OSU, so the place was only about 1/3rd full when we arrived at... More

Put your name on the list at Block 15 for a table and then go next door to drink the same beer. Chances are you'll forget about getting anything at Block and will stay at Les Caves because it provides better service. (The reason I say "younger brother" is that both establishments are owned by the same person.)

Although the food was so good I didnt mind the price. A basic ground pork burger was $11 and then if you wanted special bun and toppings $4 more...drinks were $7 which I expect for mixed erinks...big selections of bourbon. I'll definitely be back, just not all the time due to price.

The wife and I ate here on Sunday 10/19/14 for dinner on our way home from Yachats. After using the Trip Advisor app and trying 3 other restaurants that were either closed or holding special events we finally settled on this one. Normally I don't like "pubs" seeing as neither one of us drink beer, but the food here was... More

Although I have eaten at Les Caves, their brunch is great, my friends and I go there on Sunday afternoons to have a couple of their excellent beers and attempt to solve many of the world's problems. Excellent for that and the staff behind the bar are tops.

My pasta was cooked perfectly. Even though I did not have the pretzel it looked amazing. We got a table right away but it was a while before we actually saw our server. I would try it one more time for the food but if the service was as slow as the first time it would be the last time... More
