Similar food as Block15, food is dry and overcooked. Great selection of local craft beers and imported Belgian beers.
Les Caves has the best beer and cider selection in Corvallis. The food is well crafted and offers some very unique meals. The decor is welcoming and cozy.
We have been here three times now, and each item we order is pretty amazing. The bread is truly heavenly, not just the warm pretzels, but the bread that comes as a side order. It is crispy and chewy like bread from Europe. They have an impressive selection of beers, and the wine isn't too bad either. They do get... More
This restaurant is wonderful from start to finish. The European atmosphere and endless beer varieties including an ample rotating tap, make this a 'must' stop in Corvallis. The food is locally produced and in house prepared. The staff are conscientious and helpful. It is not particularly expensive. The brunch is simply so much fun it is almost impossible to decide... This felt like a neighborhood pub in Brussels. Warm and Cozy with dark wood banquet seats and tables. The food was kicked up pub fare with a French influence. Very Good. Seating at bar with a huge selection of imported beers. Great place for a casual date or to meet friends. Not good for large groups.
Have been here a few times now and have enjoyed it every time. On some busier days it was a bit slow but for the most part they get it right. The food is very good and has a nice presentation to it. I highly recommend you check their monthly specials out - right now they are offering these wonderful... More
We went in fairly late and the food was superb!! The waitstaff were terrific and the bier options were incredible! The home made pretzel served warm was devine!!
This is a nice restaurant choice, particularly because it offers good options when Block 15 is too busy, and the beer list is excellent. I also enjoy the food, choosing somewhat carefully. The burgers are often really delicious, though my preference is something with more veggies. The pommes frites are OK, but not special. I enjoy the risotto stuffed squash.... More
Solid food choices, nice beer selection, good service: crowded, but not noisy on a Saturday night. Not haute cuisine, but everything was hot and appeared fresh, with some items for our group of six rated outstanding and others rated 'decent'. Overall, a good option for a pint and a pub meal.
On a lazy, wintry Sunday, we decided to eat brunch at Les Caves. We had been there once before for a non-brunch meal, but thought it time to visit once again. My wife chose the Vegetarian Strudel, featuring veggies and goat cheese, while I opted for the Classic Belgian waffle and added scrambled eggs and sausage. (I had wanted the... More
