Excellent Sushi ~ Comfortable Atmosphere ~

I have had sushi in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and here in Seattle and the sushi at Sada's is just as fresh and well prepared. It is excellent. If you like sushi, you will like Sada's. Period. They have a very nice Sake list as well as a nice selection of wine and beer and well drinks. The... read more

Izakaya means Japanese‐style pubs and in foreign countries, it doesn't feel really Japanese, but Sada was alright. Good food, decent service and the atmosphere is almost Japanese.

Rolls are small and the rice is super dry. Tempura was pretty good. Boyfriend and I tried it a few times to give it the benefit of the doubt but I've had better sushi.

I've never had better/fresher sashimi! It's flown in from Alaska fresh. However, stay away from the chicken, salmon and beef teriyaki. IT'S THE WORST EVER, AND THE COOK(?) SHOULD BE FIRED!

We found this place on trip advisor. I loved everything about it. The sushi was prepared very well. The atmosphere is truly unique. The service was fast and friendly. It is quiet even when full. They play soft classical music.

I've been to all of the sushi bars in Corvallis, and this is by far my favorite. Their miso, sushi, and sashimi are all divine. I wouldn't ever turn down going to dinner here. I often go here on dates with my partner, as the atmosphere they have going is very welcoming for such occasions. Deep red and black coloring,... More

The food looked pretty good, but it's no good to me if they ignore me for fifteen minutes. The place wasn't THAT busy. They could have at least greeted us and told us what the wait was going to be. I aggressively went up and stood in four different people's sight line and they aggressively averted their gaze and went... More

I took my mom who is Japanese to this restaurant a couple weeks ago because it is normally very good. I believed this was the best Japanese food in town based on past food. It was not crowded. We ordered sushi to have first. Took a long time. When we received our Bento Box (also took a long time), the... More

Sada's is a gem hidden in the Willamette Valley. We have children who live in the Bay Area and Brooklyn, all of whom are foodies who love sushi. Probably the only thing everyone in our family agrees on is that Sada's offers the best sushi and sashimi and has the best Sake list of any restaurant any of us have... More
