There was a line when I got to the restaurant and the tables were all pretty full. I had to wait for a while before someone came to help. I had a reservation but still had to wait. So service is so-so, the only saving grace is the waitress served me a beer while i waited. We had only sushi... More

It's hard to gauge good sushi when you travel the world and there are many extremely good sushi joints for comparisons. I've eaten at Sada's 8-10 times, since they opened in Corvallis. Typical but tasty fare would be a good evaluation.

Sada's serves the freshest, tastiest and most interesting sushi of any Japanese restaurant I've ever eaten at. I "discovered" Sada's in Seal Rock. They (he, the chef) opened a restaurant in Newport and now in Corvallis. I'm ecstatic about that because one of my dreams for retirement was to be able to go out to eat sushi everyday, asking Sada... We love sushi, but had not visited here. I wish we had not waited so long! This could very well be our new favorite... sorry Aomatsu. Service was cheerful and efficient, decor is attractive and comfortable and the food... is the best part. A new "must visit" in Corvallis!

We loved the food and service at this homey Japanese restaurant in otherwise bland, dare we say, boring?, Corvallis food scene. Special rolls went beyond the fried and true bar food to something more elegant and tasty, especially the Wasabi and Empire rolls. The vegetable tempura was a huge treat both in portion size and flavor. Service was gracious and... More

We tried Sada’s based on the good reviews on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed. We arrived late on a Saturday night. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. We were presented with a giant menu of sushi selections. My husband chose the sashimi sampler and was thrilled with the quality of the fish. He also ordered an Asiatico... More

The atmosphere at Sada's is great. I felt like I was back in Japan. The first time the waiter wasn't attentive. He seemed more interested in a group of girls in another area. The next time the waitress was very attentive. The food was good. I took a Japanese woman there second time and she enjoyed it, too. We even... More

Great variety of sushi and sake at reasonable prices. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Love the Corvallis roll! We went twice in two weeks, and are already looking forward to the next time.

This place is fabulous. Great variety of sakes and beers that you can sip while having some of their izakaya (snacks that go well with sake as it was explained to us). Went there two times in two weeks. Several varieties of tuna including mouth watering toro, delicious rolls, freshest fish served in said rolls or in sashimi. Incredible. And... More
