Went with another couple for dinner on 3/29. It is in the downtown part of Corvallis with easy parking. We ended up having a long enough meal that we closed the place down. Yet there was absolutely no pressure to leave. Wait-staff was attentive, but not hovering. The appetizers were quite good, and the wine list was only about 1.75x... More

This is the 2nd time i am there and it doesn't disappoint, the staff is very knowledgeable about the food, the wine, and gave excellent recommendation. Heck he was even able to tell us where the ingredients come from, the beef was well seasoned and aged and cook to perfection. The desert, we just had to try even though we... More

Our party of 3 shared 6 great tapas and a wonderful dessert. We tried the yellowfin, beef tenderloin, relleno, golden beets, abondigas and pork belly. Each plate was a work of art in presentation as well as flavors. Our only real regret was that we were too full to eat more! The restaurant is beautiful and the service was consistent,... More

The steak. It was the 8oz filet mignon. How do I describe how good it was? Possibly the best steak I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned. Perfectly trimmed. Perfectly prepared. Smothered in sautéed mushrooms and bleu cheese butter. Truly sublime. It came with a fantastic au jus, smashed potatoes with a whisper of garlic, and greens. I started with Albondigas from... More

After our all-day corporate meeting with a well-known company in Corvallis, they treated us to a wonderful dinner experience at del Alma. . . . and I do mean wonderful! The atmosphere is superb, with a unique 4-tiered (?) seating arrangement that was beautiful. I'm guessing that in the summer the view out over the river is especially nice, but... More

Always an interesting menu, great service and view. Love the pork cooked in banana leaves and the cerviche. Highly recommended if you are in Corvallis.

We always stop in at Del Alma when visiting family in Corvallis. The atmosphere is always wonderful due to tiered seating and the menu is exquisite! I've never had a bad dish at this restaurant. The sours on the happy hour menu are unique and fun, good wine list too.

I've had the opportunity to experience del Alma a number of times and have consistently had a positive experience with both good service and food. The wine bar area is a great place to meet for a quick snack and some conversation with friends....highly recommend.

We celebrated with another couple at Del Alma over the holidays and will go back again and again. The restaurant was quiet, the service pleasant and attentive, but not overly so, and all 4 entrees some of the best I've eaten in any restaurant in Corvallis. The wine steward recommended both bottles of wine and all thought they were excellent... More
