I have had three meals at this restaurant and I have loved every one. The bacon guac is delicious! The food is at the top of my price range, however, so I can't eat here all the time.

After reading all the reviews about this restaurant, I expected a "wow" moment. The food was okay, the atmosphere was nice(except the restrooms are located outside the restaurant on the 2nd floor), staff was courteous and attentive. But, for as much as I paid, I thought the ratings were too high.

We drove to Del Alma from Eugene to feast again on some of the best neuvo Latin cuisine on the west coast. This is seriously good fare at modest prices. The tapas dishes are generous and feature fresh local ingredients. Very creative cooking that made us want to try everything. (We'll be back!) Excellent cocktails from the list, or made... More

I have eaten at del Alma twice both in large groups of 15-20 people. They serve good selection of wine that compliments their food. Their food is quite good. They are located next to the river but you don't really see the river much inside. Probably the only strange thing is the bathrooms are upstairs outside of the restaurant.

One of my favorites in Corvallis. The food is always very good here and the wine selection excellent. I have eaten here many times during several trips and am never disappointed. The selection of starters is excellent and the steaks very good. A must on a visit to Corvallis.

Well, the chef and staff at Del Alma did it again Saturday night. My husband and I enjoyed a birthday dinner of 2 starters and one of the best pieces of Halibut I've had outside of Alaska.

I visited this restaurant while in town for an event at OSU and thought that it easily merits the great reviews you read of it below. First, the cocktail menu was very inventive--more what I would expect to see in New York or San Francisco than a town like Corvallis. My maple caipirinha was not much like a traditional caipirinha... Went with another couple for dinner on 3/29. It is in the downtown part of Corvallis with easy parking. We ended up having a long enough meal that we closed the place down. Yet there was absolutely no pressure to leave. Wait-staff was attentive, but not hovering. The appetizers were quite good, and the wine list was only about 1.75x... More

This is the 2nd time i am there and it doesn't disappoint, the staff is very knowledgeable about the food, the wine, and gave excellent recommendation. Heck he was even able to tell us where the ingredients come from, the beef was well seasoned and aged and cook to perfection. The desert, we just had to try even though we... More

Our party of 3 shared 6 great tapas and a wonderful dessert. We tried the yellowfin, beef tenderloin, relleno, golden beets, abondigas and pork belly. Each plate was a work of art in presentation as well as flavors. Our only real regret was that we were too full to eat more! The restaurant is beautiful and the service was consistent,... More
