The restaurant is a very interesting place. We entered and found we were in the bar/restaurant which was very nice. Although we had reservations at the "restaurant." This area had another bar and four tiers of open tables. This made the restaurant loud as the tier above us had a very loud crowd of people. The food was great. We... More

The portion of the food was good ( the main food entree is enough but the appetizers are very small). It taste very good but it was expensive.

I agree with the reviewer who called this the best restaurant in Corvallis. As a tourist I haven't tried ALL the other restaurants, so perhaps this is an unfair statement -- but I just can't imagine any place being better than this! The food is totally inventive without being cute-sy. That is, every ingredient and accompanying sauces seemed to belong--to... More

We've eaten at Del Alma three times in the last 8 months and each time we have come away completely impressed with the high quality of the cuisine. It is a tasty blend of Spanish and Mexican. We have been there during the week and have found it to be a quiet dining experience. This time we went on a... More

We've been there several times, have tried most of the tapas, all but one of the main courses, the two salads (yes, only 2), a couple desserts, and several different wines. My wife and I like steak, to the point where we will order steak from a new restaurant just to try it out. The del Alma filet mignon is... More

I highly recommend this restaurant. In my opinion, it is the best in Corvallis. Atmosphere, service, and food were all top notch. Very innovative tapas dishes. One of the best meals I've had in a while!

I have had three meals at this restaurant and I have loved every one. The bacon guac is delicious! The food is at the top of my price range, however, so I can't eat here all the time.

After reading all the reviews about this restaurant, I expected a "wow" moment. The food was okay, the atmosphere was nice(except the restrooms are located outside the restaurant on the 2nd floor), staff was courteous and attentive. But, for as much as I paid, I thought the ratings were too high.

We drove to Del Alma from Eugene to feast again on some of the best neuvo Latin cuisine on the west coast. This is seriously good fare at modest prices. The tapas dishes are generous and feature fresh local ingredients. Very creative cooking that made us want to try everything. (We'll be back!) Excellent cocktails from the list, or made... More
