Server seemed annoyed when we came in. Brought the wrong drink and didn't pick up the dirty dishes when there were five empty plates on the table. Many items were empty or close to it on the buffet. We were told that if we needed something, that we would have to "let them know" and then they would make it... More

We've eaten here a couple more times since my initial review in 2010, but hadn't for about a year. It seemed as though some of the selections were not as fresh as they might have been (early evening on a weekday in winter), but it is still pretty good food and a decent value. This time we ate dinner and... More

On a whim, we decided to stop by for lunch yesterday. We've been a few times in the past and it has been decent and cheap but this visit left us sorry we spent the money… all $20 (with tip). The food was greasy, salty and tasteless. Most items were deep fried. They've changed the honey chicken to sweet &... More

We've read the other reviews and it is difficult to believe we are talking about the same restaurant. We found the food to be fresh, tasty, and plentiful. The 7 guests we took there raved about how great it was for days afterward. We found nothing at all wrong with it, but indeed enjoyed everything about it. The prices were... More

I always feel slightly guilty going to a Chinese buffet restaurant because I suspect that they use the cheapest of ingredients - farm-raised shrimp and fish, industrially-farmed chicken and pork, non-organic vegetables, etc. But still, I go - occasionally; old habits are hard to break. The New China Buffet does a good job with most of its dishes, and may... More

Big selection. Reasonably fresh for a buffet. The Sushi Bar was a pleasant surprise. Not like made-to-order, but not bad. Pizza slices? Yeah. Don't ask. I always have to give them a try, but have generally low expectations for Chinese Buffets. My average rating is really not a condemnation for places like this. Average is about as good as you'll... Lets just say, my toilet got a lot of use after this place. We arrived here later in the evening, and the food had probably been sitting there longer than it should have, since there weren't many customers. The food itself tasted ok, but nothing special. Desert bar was a pretty sad selection. Too many other restaurants in town to... More

Didn't check the reviews for this restaurant before we went there to eat - should have! We ate there last year and it was very good, so since it was right next door to our hotel we decided to go there one evening. They have several buffet tables and everything looks great, but... most of the food was blah, tasteless.... More
