Straight from Oaxaca... can't be duplicated! Delicious, fairly priced, family owned, clean. Excellent food, ask anyone who's ever been there!

La Roca is consistently good. Good portions, good quality, clean and with an authentic cusine for the most part. They could have more comfortable chairs!...stiff and difficult to sit on...Otherwise, good....not much ambiance, but the food makes up for it
Tried this place for the first time from advice from other friends and found the new location near Winco great! Service was perfect and prices reasonable, beer a bit over priced but the enchiladas made up for it. A very authentic sauce since I have been sampling sauces traveling the country, very tasty!
I was excited to see LA Rockita move into the restaurant space next to Winco. I love both of the other sites so was excited to have a full restaurant option. It is too bad that this location seems to be resting the reputation of the other two. The food is not as good and the service is hit and...

We love La Rockita!! They changed their name a couple years ago, not sure why TripAdvisor hasn't, but aside from that, you should try them. The 9th St. location is small but I feel the most authentic. They have maybe ten tables at that, don't serve chips/salsa (you can ask for them) but they are fast and friendly. They also...

My kid goes to Oregon State University, so I am in Corvallis more often than I want to be....but La Rockita IS a pleasure.
There are several locations now, but all serve the same good food. It seems because of their success, they might have boosted their prices a bit, but since I've already traveled a few hundred miles to...

26 years if eating Mexican food in Corvallis, la rockita is the best. There are 3 locations now but I think the one on 9th is best foodwise. The other two serve beer. My favorite are the chicken tacos and spicy pork tacos.
We used to go regularly before we left town, and have even made special arrangements on our drives from Portland to Eugene to ensure we were in the door before closing. Absolutely the BEST Chicken Taco Salads ever!!!! A couple times, the chicken was still cold in the middle, so double check your's, but still fantastic flavor... I never even...

A really fine little restaurant. Small, family run, clean and fast. Everyone likes the burritos, tacos and other finger foods, I really like their plates with sauce - enchiladas, chili Verde and the like. Chips and salsa are extra and worth the $2.50.
If there is a line and all the tables are full, don't worry, it will clear out...

The food portions were big, the food tasty and authentic and the service not so bad for a very crowded Friday night (before OSU graduation). I would highly recommend it.
