Lunch before wine tasting.

Laid back place on Main Street surrounded by tasting rooms. Artisan menu. Craft beers and local wines. Delicious food using local cheeses and the famous Carlton ham. Modest prices. Well worth a visit.

Stopped by for a late lunch while wine tasting in the area. Great wine selection and we enjoyed an appetizer of crunchy bread with warm Brie, cranberries, hazelnuts and fig sauce, decadence. Their famous ham sandwich was truly the best I have ever had. It was served on warm Focaccia bread with melted Swiss Cheese and slathered with fig sauce. This... More

Everything is always great but the famous Ham and Cheese Sandwich is truly an American classic. Good french press coffee too.

Great selection of sandwiches and the bread was delicious. All ingredients were fresh and locally grown. I had the mixed greens with goat cheese, dried cranberries and hazelnuts with house balsamic vinaigrette. My husband ordered the turkey sandwich with avocado. Friendly staff and good wine list. Will definitely return.

We visited The Horse Radish twice while visiting the Willamette Valley region. After a wine tasting we headed in for some light food. Being vegan there wasn't a plethora of options but we loved the hummus and bruschetta - large portions as well. The wine was a nice compliment. We headed back after dinner for some live music and beers.... More

Visited with out of town guests while having a day of wine tasting. Excellent food. Large portions at affordable prices. Everything was fresh and locally sourced. They had good gluten free bread for sandwiches or cheese plates, options for gluten free sweets, and gluten free beer. Service was also very good. Highly recommended

Incredible sandwiches! Homemade soups. Very much enjoyed the special today of curry squash soup. We ran into people during our wine tasting in Willamette - everyone had high marks for this fun restaurant. One man told me that he should branch out and try something new on the menu, but the roast beef sandwich has become a destination item for... More

We picked up a cheese plate and hummus to have for lunch while sitting outside at Saffron Fields Winery and it was a great mid afternoon snack to accompany our wine tasting day

On the main street of the tiny town of Carlton is this unique restaurant. We stopped for lunch in the midst of wine tasting. They offer a nice selection of wines, sandwiches, numerous sides and lovely cheeses among other things. Coffee is served in a 4 cup French press and the bread is top notch. We enjoyed a trio of...
