While I have never taken a class here I keep planning on it! We do go in and shop in their gift or "must have one of those" store. We have also purchased fresh bread that you hope you can get outside before you tear off a chunk to nibble on. I have watched them set up for classes and... More

First, the food. So lovingly prepared, best ingredients, clever presentation and absolutely delicious. Plus, so much food. Do come hungry and prepare to be served what seemed like three full meals over the span of about 2 1/2 hours. Second, the delightly personalities of the owners. LOVE THEM! Third, the town of Cannon Beach. My favorite spot on the Oregon... More

Our first visit was to celebrate my sister and mother visiting us here, in Oregon, in August 2014. My husband surprised me with a return visit for my birthday in September. Chef Bob and his wife Lenore cook side-by-side, providing excellent instruction as they create mouthwatering, memorable meals. The farm to table approach and extraordinary culinary knowledge, make it my... More

My wife and I went here for a non-traditional Thanksgiving day dinner not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the best meals we have ever had. First off you should know that this is a cooking demonstration and not a typical restaurant. There were some larger groups, but also a fair amount of couples... More

We have been coming to Cannon Beach, Oregon, for many years and especially like staying at Stephanie's Inn. We had always seen the EVVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) restaurant on the South end of the main drag and wanted to come. So, finally this time we stopped and met Bob who told us how his "show" works. Though expensive, the... More

We attended one of the dinner shows in mid October. It was a wonderful evening. The combination of learning the techniques and why ingredients are chosen along with a spectacular 4 course meal created a very special evening. This is a true event and it is wonderful to linger and savor the courses. There is nothing else in the Northwest... More

This is a very fun and special experience. Bob and Lenore are well-trained chefs, but more importantly, they offer their small audience very real and practical tips for cooking at home. There is more than enough food and wine served! You will leave with a happy heart, a full stomach and a feeling that you want to go home and... More

Evoo is more than a cooking school - they also have a small market where you can very good food like cheese and sausage, beer and wine and they will serve it to you on the patio. Wish I could have attended the cooking school but this was an enjoyable #2 choice.

We enjoyed our experience at the dinner show so much two years ago, we signed up months in advance to attend one of their last 2014 fresh market dinner shows of the season in September. Just like two years ago, Bob and Lenore were warm, entertaining, and informative- such a delight to spend an evening with them, enjoy food, and... More
