It wasn't great for the price. We got calamari as an appetizer and it was like $10 and came out with about 8 small strips of calamari. The food didn't taste awful, but it wasn't worth the money. Just go to Bill's Tavern or Cranky Sue's... better food and better prices. more

Dooger's is a familiy restaurant, not fancy at reasonable price. Seafood was fresh. We had the local grilled Salmon and pan fried Sole and they were very good, very fresh. This is not a upscale place so the salad is average and the side orders are also average. but this is the seafood place and the seafood were very good.... more

I live in Portland Oregon and go to the coast a number of times during the year. The Clam Chowder at Dooger's should not be missed. It is rich, full of clams, and a meal in itself. The happy hour in the lounge has some great bargains, including the bowl of clam chowder. This is an excellent place to eat. more

Dooger's, Cannon Beach is a great place to eat. The seating is nice, you do not feel crowded-in like some at some resturants. Staff are always pleasant and ready to serve you. I have been all over New England and never found a better cup of clam chowder. It is unbelievable. My wife is not a fan of clam chowder, but will gladly help me with mine. Finish the meal off with the marionberry cobbler. I love Cannon Beach, but the trip isn't complete until we eat at Dooger's. more
