Typical Americanized Fare

We were hoping for some really good traditional Mexican Food. Instead, it was the typical cheesy, bland fare all too often served. The chips were greasy and a bit tough. The salsa was very salty. The prices were very high as well. We had much better luck in Seaside for traditional food.

Typically ersatz faux-Mexican which is interchangeable with almost every other Mexican eatery on the coast -with one exception reviews elsewhere-.

Very good food! Small establishment. While it took some time to accommodate our party of nine the food was hot and delicious. they had run out of horchata but when they saw the disappointment they made it special for us

The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying the summer weather. The service is friendly and attentive. The portions are substantial but the food is just ok.

Ate there last night and two of us thought it was great. Strawberry Marguerite was delicious as was their ice tea. Prices were a little higher than Mexican restaurants where we live - Dallas and northern NV - but we are at the beach and expect to pay more than at our hometowns. Service was good. Felt our person was... More

The best part about this restaurant was the outdoor seating, if you can get one. Otherwise, the food, the service, and the overall experience, was terrible. Our food took over 1 hour to come, and when it did it was cold. Our meals were average at best (chicken fajitas and fajita burrito) with cold rice, bland refried beans and overall... More

I rarely write reviews online and when I do they are mostly positive. However, I feel compelled to share our poor experience today with the hopes of sparing you the disappointment of a terrible meal and customer service experience. We were here June 21, 2014 on a busy day at Cannon Beach. This was the only restaurant with available seating... More

The service was excellent, very nice and welcoming. The food was very yummy although their salsa would be much better if it was freshly made and more spicy.

This is a very unpretentious restaurant that serves excellent, authentic Mexican fare. The restaurant could easily do with a bit of an upgrade as there is a definite disconnect between the appearance and the food. The menu is colourful though a bit overwhelming but includes not just the North American favourites in Mexican food but a whole selection of dishes... More

This is a super comfortable, casual place to go for great Mexican food. If you like Chile Rellenos, they without a doubt on the best ever I have had except for in Mexico. Our whole family went there last week and every dish served was fantastic.
